This hotel is in a great location for exploring the area — it’s close to a train station and a tram stop, and even within walking distance of the airport. There’s also a Lime bike rental spot right outside, which was very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. I really appreciated being able to leave my luggage at reception after checking out, since my flight wasn't until late at night. Another nice touch was receiving fresh towels every day, which was unexpected based on our experience of similar types of accommodation.

The room itself was fairly good, but it wasn't ideal for a longer stay. There was hardly any space, so we couldn't unpack and ended up living out of our suitcases, also no space to dry swimsuits or towels if you're going to beach/swimming.The shower was oddly designed without a door, meaning water ended up all over the bathroom floor. The floor near the beds was also quite dusty and could have been cleaner. The biggest negative, however, was the Wi-Fi, which more often than not didn't work. The evenings were the most problematic times, when we struggled to connect at all during all four nights. This was probably because the network was overloaded with many guests using it simultaneously.

The staff is exceptional, going above and beyond for a welcoming stay. Tiavina in particular is a rockstar staff member, helping me even with a very important personal matter. Thank you Tiavina for your stellar service! The hotel is centrally located for all of your transportation needs. Clean rooms, accommodated an early check-in, eating options in a well-spaced dining area. This hotel offers a great stay you can rely on. Thanks again to the attentive staff and a peaceful, productive stay.

The room is fine with a coffee machine, we had a superior one. Breakfast was good, every day fresh but monotonous. The localisation is excellent, very close to the airport - only one or two tram stations from Terminal 1. The best option is to take off at the Grand Arenas tram station without buying the ticket and walk by foot for a few minutes. If you want to go to Cannes, the bus stop is nearby, one minute by foot. If you want to go to Monaco, choose the Nice Saint Augustin train station, it's very close and not crowded. Even though it is close to the airport and you can even see and hear planes taking off, it does not prevent you from resting. Overall, it was clean and silent.The staff is very helpful. I recommend you to stay here if you like to travel around Nice and surroundings.

Breakfast was good, typical standard breakfast with crossaints, scrammbled eggs, coffee, orange juice, jam, bread, butter, chocolate buns, ham, cheese and yoghurts and cereal and milk. It's quite easy to walk there from terminal 1 of the airport, just use directions from a map, it takes around 10 minutes. In fact maybe even 5 to get to the airport. It's a nice spot for travelling as tram number 2 to the centre of the town stops near the hotel and the bus to Cannes leave from there.

Maybe electric kettle in a room would be ok as it wasn't there and I find it's common in 3 star hotels. Also it can be a little bit noisy because of aircrafts landing and taking off nearby. If you have a good sleep it's not a problem. And the wall behind the bed was shaking whenever someone closed the door in the corridor. Not a big deal though as the hotel was rather quiet.

generally speaking it was in a good location very close to the airport and relatively close to the beach and they also served a very nice coffee which always helps!!

my room not having a fridge or at least having a kettle where i could make beverages without having to go all the way down to reception where i had to buy late night snacks that were a bit pricey+ their range of food for breakfast overall was quite disappointing*but not the worst either*

Good location and the staff are very nice and helpful. I asked for a kettle, they didn´t have one but immediately gave us the solution of using the coffee machine to get the hot water option in it for free. The rooms are big and have everything necessary.

The cleaning could be a little better. They only gave us two bath towels and no small towels for the face. The shower does not have a door and the floor gets irremediably all wet and with no other towels, it is difficult to clean and not get the rest of the bathroom and yourself wet and dirty.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the B&B Hotel in Nice, and I must say, it is an excellent choice if you need to be close to the airport. The convenience factor is unbeatable—you can simply take a tram from the airport, and it’s only three stops away. From the tram stop, it's just a couple of minutes’ walk to the hotel, making it ideal for layovers or early morning flights. The hotel itself is modern and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable night. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the staff are exceptionally friendly, adding a welcoming touch to the overall experience. While the hotel offers food options and has a restaurant on-site, I didn’t have the opportunity to try them as I arrived late and had an early flight the next morning. However, the availability of dining options is certainly a plus. In terms of value for money, B&B Hotel Nice delivers. It’s a great place to stay, and I would definitely choose it again for its convenience, comfort, and friendly service.

The hotel is located close to the airport and makes it very convenient. Also, it is within walking distance of a metro station which makes it very easy getting to the center. We had an issue with the bathroom, and it was quickly and kindly resolved. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need for an overnight stay. The staff are very kind and helpful.

We arrived around hour and a half prior to the official check-in time and were given the option to check-in immediately for a fee. As we were tired decided to pay.

We walked from the Grand Arénas tram station to the hotel. It was quick but it was dark and a lot of construction around. It felt a little eerie and a bit of a rough area. In the daytime it seemed much better. Overall a great location, good sized rooms. The check in guy was great, despite being the only one there at a busy time nothing was too much trouble and he was nice and friendly.

Extremely hard bed, fine for a night but couldn’t have done any more. The rooms were good sized but bathroom a little small and sink impractical.

I really liked the hotel’s proximity to the airport, train connections, and a supermarket. I also used the vending machines, which are great for buying food at any time. The hotel was very clean. I absolutely loved it!

The only thing I didn’t like was that the coffee maker in the room was dirty. However, I used the vending machine instead, so it wasn’t a big issue for me.
