The staff was excellent. The breakfast was decent. The room was very good value for money. The location was awesome, walking distance to the airport, train and trams and busses. A very good restaurant is located in the same building, at the Crowne Plaza, which is managed by the same company/group that manages the Holiday Inn, so you can still charge meals to your room

Comfortable room that was much bigger than I expected. Good wifi, TV, shower, etc. and nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Excellent breakfast with eggs, sausages, cooked meats, cheese etc. as well as croissants, pastries and fruit - exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location is ideal for the airport and the tram into Nice. The complete package equals excellent value for money.

Nothing of any significance. Next time, I'll request a high floor, just because our room on the second floor, effectively, had no view.

It was very convenient to the airport, trams and trains so very easy to get into the centre of Nice. Rooms were soundproof so we couldn't hear any noise of traffic outside. Our room was very clean and we got fresh towels every day. Breakfast was continental but there was enough selection for us. Staff were very friendly and helpful giving us directions for transport when we arrived and told us how to get to Nice City Centre, Monaco and to the Cap3000 shopping centre. They even gave us a Travel Card to use for the trams and explained how to top it up for the journeys. We would highly recommend tbis hotel.

A toaster at breakfast might be a good idea as there was sliced bread but no toaster to toast it in. There was no hairdryer in our room but staff were very quick to resolve this and supply one. We really couldn't fault much with the hotel.

We were unexpectedly upgraded to the Crowne Plaza hotel next door — a very pleasant surprise. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the bed was incredibly cozy, and the breakfast was excellent. We also appreciated how close it was to the airport, yet thanks to an efficient noise barrier, it was perfectly quiet throughout our stay. The train station was conveniently located right next to the hotel, which made getting around very easy. On days when the train was delayed — sometimes quite significantly — the nearby bus service turned out to be just as convenient and reliable.

For an airport hotel, this fit the bill perfectly. A free trolley stops across the street every ten minutes to whisk you to the international terminal. The hotel restaurant was more than adequate, saving a trip to the city for dinner the night before our early morning flight. The bed was terrific, and the room was totally quiet in spite of being next to the airport. We left before they served breakfast, but they offered to make a boxed meal for us the night before, so they accomodate all schedules.

The breakfast was nothing special. We chose this hotel because the hotel indicated in Booking customer questions that the tram was a 1-2 minute walk, stopping right in front of the hotel. This is not true. It’s a much farther walk. Carrying luggage, every minute of walking, especially in the rain, counts. Actually, walking to Terminal 1 from the hotel was closer than walking to the tram. Please correct this in your description.

Upon arrival we were upgraded to the Crowne Plaza IHG Hotel next door. Location of property was fantastic right opposite Nice St Augustin rail station easily connected to major cities like Monaco, Menton, Cannes, Eze, Antibes etc and only a 7min walk from the airport. The hotel is also in great location to the metro/tram line opposite the rail station and a bus stop around the corner also. Breakfast at the Crowne Plaza was great with a fantastic daily chef for egg preparation and quick service reset and was not too crowded. Very friendly staff from check-in to breakfast to check-out and maintenance - everyone was smiley and warm and welcoming.

Travellers be aware local supermarket is about 15min walk away from the hotel and restaurants are also not close by however, hotel provides water bottles daily and breakfast is also good and UberEats readily available in the area for fast deliveries if needed.

Great hotel that is just next to the airport. I was leaving early and got some breakfast even before they were open. The room was very comfortable and totally (like totally) quiet. The area is very busy with a huge amount traffic and at the end of the Promenade des Anglais. A major tram line stops just in front of the hotel, and is direct into the city centre, as well as being the connection for major tourist sites out of the city.

Comfortable and quiet room, friendly and efficient staff, near a beach and the Promenade des Anglais (you can walk into the city centre), location near the airport on an important tram line, great sunset view! Thank you. I will look for your hotels in the future!

Walking distance from Nice airport terminal 1, I arrived at night at 11 pm on Christmas eve, but the pathway to the hotel was safe, very comfortable large bed, large tv screen, coffee making kettle in room, very clean room, very clean bathroom, friendly reception. Breakfast was very good with scrambled eggs, raw ham and cold cuts and cheeses and nice breaks and bakery items, various types of coffees, hot chocolate and fruit juices and fresh fruits. Free wifi also good.

I would have preferred a more neutral decor and paintwork in the room, I do not like bright colours, and a small fridge with some drinks in it. e.g bottled water or a large soft drinks / snacks dispenser self standing machine in each floor of the hotel.

This is a very convenient location if you are traveling through and need to be close to the airport. There's Tram 4 and 5 that runs between the airport terminals and the hotel (free), which was super convenient. On arrival to the airport, I didn't know about the tram so I initially tried to take a taxi or uber, but the hotel is so close it wasn't worth the cost so I just walked to the hotel from Terminal 1. Terminal 2 is farther away so on my departure, I took the tram to T2. The hotel is clean and well equiped. The bathroom shower was big and had great water pressure. The included breakfast was simple but exactly what I wanted... coffee and delicious mini croissants. I only spent 1 night during a transit, so this was fine. The week prior I was in Nice as a tourist and we stayed in Old Nice, which I think was perfect for that purpose.
