Our previous hosts had not made arrangements for transfer of keys at midnight . As a family of 4 with a small child we were stranded on the road in the night. At that time of night 2 am most hotels were not taking walk in customers. However Radisson made an exception to take us as a family at that time. Reception very courteous and helpful. I would like to thank the receptionist at Radisson Blu on Promenade Anglais too for allowing us to sit in their lobby for 2 hrs at night of 17 th to 18 th Feb while trying to call several properties to arrange a night stay .

Room could have had better stock of coffee, tea and milk. We found it hard to communicate with the cleaning staff to give us more milk/ coffee always necessitating us to call the reception to receive stocks. Also found it hard to ask the cleaning staff for more shampoo/ hand lotion etc. for a hotel with reputation like Radisson maybe cleaning staff could have been trained to read the English names or use translator apps for basic amenities. But apart from this inconvenience, great stay , wonderful staff at reception with smiles and willing to help… Would stay again

After 3 attempts to get different cocktails off the menu non were available nor was the advertised cocktail of the day it felt like it was a bother to serve us a drink dinner was good but the waitress was rushed off her feet Breakfast was due to go onto 1030 by 0900 they have ran out of bacon and sausages with no attempt to replenish

Typical Radisson hotel with spacious rooms, very well equipped, very clean, king size beds. Breakfast with rich choices and nice products. Very helpful staff. Shuttle to the airport. Gym with all necessary gears.

The hotel needs to have a sauna. Also the windows are completely closed, you cant even open it 5-10 cm. This is extremely inconvenient. The windows should be allowed to open for at least 10cm.

The Hotel is only 5, 10 minutes away by foot from the airport, and only 3 tram stations away from the beginning of the promenade. The rooms were sparkling clean, and the beds were super comfy!! Also the pillows!

The windows in the room can't be opened. The breakfast choise was very modest, considering the chain and the price you pay. In the hotel there is a restaurant where you can eat dinner - chicken was always cold, directly from the fridge, and one of the evenings the chicken I got wasn't even prepared well, pink in the middle. And was staying like that together with other foods in the fridge. During the check in the hotel blocked 800e from our accounts (the price+deposit) which was a surprise and not clear to me, having in mind I wanted to pre-pay the stay.

- Room was nice and new, same as the bathroom. - nice sheets and bed size - good climatisation - decent cable TV altough no English channels - the view was decent - parking is good - I would say it's 7.5/10 hotel

- hotel is not easy to find if you are following google maps, follow the airport first and then change to hotel, otherwise you won't find it driving with the car - you can't open windows, there is no handle for some reason - it's very noisy from the outside, despite the fact that you can't open the windows the sound isolation was very poor from the outside - I wouldn't say it's the cleanliest hotel ever, it could have been more clean - no hot water in the sink - no slippers - poor internet, especially at night

The property is very new, very clean, close to train station/airport all with in a few min of walking. Nice pool, good Resturant. Parking for the car, very good security. Very caring staff. The suit is good size, the bed are comfortable… I highly recommend this hotel!

It was hard to get extra water for the room! Only one bottle and when we called it seemed like they didn’t want to send it. The break fast could be improved.

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at the Radisson Hotel in Nice. It is in a super convenient location - a quick 5-minute walk to the airport, they also have a shuttle that runs to the airport if needed. The hotel staff were very kind, gracious, and efficient. The room had everything I needed for a comfortable night's stay - good wifi as well. Would definitely recommend this to other travelers.

Early airport departure and some work left to do, made me choose a hotel at the airport. The less expensive ones would have been fine, but I wanted space to work, and a last dip in the pool. Check in was super nice and friendly, bar service and breakfast service too.

Breakfast was really average and quite ordinary, barely worth the 19€. The Airport is 6 min walking distance, not signposted and not really with a safe sidewalk most of the way. therefore, the hoetl has a free shuttle every 30 min in the morning, but I like the exercise.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff (Melissa) took extra care of a celiac family member. Easy walk to the airport (T1) and the staff helped take heavy luggage to T1 by car when asked. Very close to the Nice St Augustin railway station and tram stops - easy to get into Nice and along the coast.

Bottled water in the rooms was only provided on day 1 of the stay. The hotel must be prepared to replenish every room every day for one-night guests, so why can't they provide every day for longer term guests who will pay for each night of stay? Very disappointing.

Fantastic breakfasts...worth the price There was a tall daytime manager who was wonderful to everyone. There was a rather rude desk clerk in the morning who would not unlock the gate when we arrived at 8:00 A.M. by taxi to check-in because check-in was not till 3:00 and we wanted to store our luggage. Needed better training.

Knowledge of a shuttle pick-up from airport..Very long difficult route to walk with luggage. Since it exists, reservations should tell you how to call for pick-up.
