Fabulous hotel, with amazing staff. The breakfast was the best we have had in any hotel we have ever stayed in and the staff were so friendly and attentive. The food in Le Limun was excellent too with the best meal (fillet steak) that I had during my stay. The room was very comfortable and luxurious.

We were surprised how thin the walls were. The people next door were talking and laughing on our first night there and kept us awake until midnight. This was a disappointment considering one of the specific details mentioned for the room was that they are soundproof. This isn’t true. I’d expect better for a junior suite. The bed was too soft, as were the pillows, but this is a very minor thing that is obviously down to our own preferences. Overall these were issues that wouldn’t prevent us from staying there again.

This hotel is STUNNING. From the minute you enter the lobby you are completely taken care of, from a porter taking your bags, to the reception directing you to your room and explaining all the things included and where best to eat, shop and sightsee. The hotel is located right in the middle of all the best shops and also close to the harbor and casino. The room was just lovey, and so clean and the bed was super comfortable too. LOVED the turn down service also..... Makes you feel spoiled! We ate at the Michelin Star - Pavilion Restaurant that's inside the hotel and aside from the food being delicious, you get the amazing sunset views over the harbor! They also offer - at a small charge - a concierge service for when you arrive and depart which I HIGHLY recommend. You are fast tracked through the airport, customs, immigration, everything. WELL WORTH IT. On a side note, we also chose for the helicopter to fly us to Monte-Carlo from Nice airport and the views are Jaw-dropping, as well as it being super fast. You are then taken to the hotel from the helipad. Definitely recommend if you want to treat yourself - the hotel can arrange the for you too. Would definitely recommend this hotel - the staff could not have more helpful and friendly and it's just a beautiful place to stay!

This was the most beautiful hotel! I am not sure what the few bad reviews are about. The hotel is gorgeous, pristine, and has a fantastic location. All of the staff were amazing - so friendly and they made our anniversary so special. I wish we stayed longer.

The architecture, the history, the atmosphere, the room, and especially, absolutely the service from the ever helpful and friendly hotel staff.

Everything was excellent.

Location couldn't get any better! Right in the centre of all the action. Concierge were great at booking restaurants if you wanted to dine outside of the hotel. Really nice turn down service in the evening. It's worth joining their loyalty program (for free) as there are 4 hotels in the same group in the area and your spend in all 4 locations will add to your points and we also received free entry into the casino!

We need some items to be pressed to wear that evening but we had to call the next day before check out as they still hasn't been returned to us. I think language barriers were the issue here, I don't think they understood we were looking for a 3 hr turn around!

The room view at the marina was perfect. The staff was ready to answer all the questions and help you in any possible way. The service was impeccable. I will recommend the Pavyllon restaurant.

Being my first time in Monte Carlo, this hotel didn't disappoint. It's part of the circus of glitz and glamour that makes Monte Carlo what it's known for. There's a million staff tending to your every need, 24 hours a day. The room was comfortable and quiet; we had partial sea view. The people and car watching is something else entirely; what a show they all put on. It's entertaining.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing. Maybe it's because we got to the buffet late that we didn't get to enjoy all the food, but I thought it could have been much better, especially for this type of hotel. At arrival we also asked for dog bowls for our boy but they're still missing; at least 4 different people went looking and never came back haha.
