I liked the location, it was about 4 minutes north from casino de Monte Carlo. I liked that they had kitchen with every tools (plates, works, cups and refrigerator)

I didn't like their rook service policy, I was there for 3 days and nobody came to clean the room, when I asked they said they do room service once a week. Maybe this is the way how some European hotels do it but I am not used to it.

If you need a base to visit Monaco this is the property for you. Clean, rooms of a good standard with some kitchen facilities. Small pool on the rooftop for cooling off or just lounging around. Close by to all amenities and shops- great bakery for coffee and pastries just steps away. Overall a fantastic base for a break and very good value for money.

Taxis are hard to come by from the property. Sometimes easier to walk down the road to get one from the Pizza restaurant on the corner.

The breakfast was nice and with a good variety. There was a swimmingpool on the rooftop. And we enjoyed a lot our balcony. The room was spacious with all the main necessities.

I paied for the breakfast when I made the reservation but the hotel tried to charge me for that as well. It's possible that there was a communication error between the booking.com and the hotel, but apparently there was also communication problems in the hotel as they asked me to pay for the breakfast both during the check in and during the check out :)

I was surprised by such a large one bed apartment. Fully loaded kitchen, dishwasher, hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine. Washing up liquid, washing up cloth and tea towel all supplied. Perfect! Lovely bathroom. Bedroom with sliding doors to the living/dining room very comfy. Tv in the living room and bedroom. Can’t think of anything that could have been lacking.

The view from the balcony was of the street below and other buildings, so no view as such. However, this did not detract from the fact it was a super apartment.

The apartment was spacious and spotless, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. There’s a parking spot in a garage available for an extra fee, but it’s totally worth it since it’s really hard to find parking on the street. The casino and the beach are also just a short walk away, which is a big plus when staying in Monte Carlo. Perfect location for exploring Monte Carlo — I’d definitely recommend staying here!

As expected from Booking.com reviews, very nice, helpful and friendly staff. The apartment was very spacious and well designed. We had a very large balcony which was very practical with our dog. One of the great points was the location of this apartment, close to all the shops (30 m) and about 250 m from the Casino de Monaco. Parking was also a must.

There's nothing I didn't like. However, the first time, in the traffic, the entrance to the parking lot is a little difficult to find but when you know where you are going it is so simple and so convenient! Not easy to find the right spot for Doggie but it can be managed...

The room was perfect for what we needed and it was clean, roomy, and with a perfectly comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The location was convenient as it was close to the market, farmer's market, restaurants, and walking distance to where we needed to go. Was nice to have parking right there with plenty of reserved spaces.

There wasn't really anything we didn't like. I suggest having more hangers for the closet and instructions for the TV to help improve one's stay.

Nice staff, easy access to shops around such as cafe, groceries, brasseries etc.

At night the back street is too noisy. Due to the cafe/bar loud talking, laughing till late time. No noise proof windows!

location is wonderful, whole Monaco is easily accessible without car. Many shops and restaurants around. Staff is friendly. Rooms are spacious.

3 small things I would recommend improving: breakfast was disappointing - no warm food at 9:20AM. TV internet disabled - you cannot watch netflix or youtube. Would be nice to have parking details beforehand as it is impossible to park near hotel and then go ask where parking is located.

Location is superb as it is very close to the centre of Monaco, Casino etc... The room was spacious and well equipped, the bed was very comfortable. The bonus of a roof top pool was also great.

The road at the back is very busy most of the week (closed on Sundays for a market), so this was the only downside. Ask for a room with an even number not an odd number!!
