Amazing location. Very kind lady on reception. New or renovated hotel so everything seems good. Style is nice. View from every room incredible

I had issues with WiFi and it’s affected my work.

The hotel rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the harbour and it was glorious to wake up with that view every morning. The bathroom/ shower was also very modern.

I feel tea and coffee facilities in the room would have made this an outstanding hotel. Seems picky but it would have been lovely to sit on the balcony with a coffee. Coffee is provided.by the hotel but you have to go downstairs for it.

When we first came in the receptionist asked where we parked, told us to get the car out of there and gave us a map to where to park for significantly cheaper rates which was very nice of her! The parking cost only €13 for 24 hours which is fantastic by Monaco standards due to the hotels discount. The same lady gave us plenty of recommendations and even a brief French lesson! As an F1 fan the location was just amazing. Plenty of iconic places within a 5 minute walk from the hotel and hundreds of food options available for all budgets. I could not get over the value of this hotel! Highly recommend.

It was an all around good experience, there were no issues here at all

everything went nice. Kindly staff, good coffee(free), pergect location. Near is lovate a lot of place where you can take a dinner (planet suhi for example, not expencive but very tasty). near is bus station for red tourist’s bus. To train station walk 10 min.

no parking. But we left the car in Italy, and arriwed by train (30min - 5eur/person😉) you don’t need a car in Monaco for few days.

The receptionist Micheala was very welcoming and helpful. There is a coffee machine available by the reception area which is open 24/7. There was also a bottle of Rose wine and 2 bottles of water to welcome as on our arrival in our assigned room. The bed was very comfortable too.

The breakfast was cold (food that was supposed to be served hot/warm). We were in the breakfast area around 09.00. Breakfast is served from 0730-1000. Also the attendant was not very welcoming. We asked for 2 cups of cappuccino. It took her 20 minutes to give us the coffee as she was busy chatting with another employee. Mind you, we were the only customers there at that moment, so she just decided to help us whenever she felt like it. We felt she was not friendly and helpful since we didn't speak French.

location: it is opposite with the hercules port, the view to see some super car running on the road. it also near the supermarket and some restaurants. just 20 minutes for walking to the famous casino of Monaco. facilities: no lift, room is quite small but clean and mordern. the have free coffee, microwave for anytime to using. that is a good point. Monaco is quite expensive more than other cities and countries in Eur, the price is quite high for anything. staffs: they are friendly and helpful.

Location is great, walking distance to both old town, port and casino area. Convenient parking very close with 50%off from the hotel. Rooms are small but very new, fun decor. We were upgraded to a balcony room so you can sip your complimentary wine while looking at the yachts moored right in front. Bed comfy. Nice shower.

DIY coffee /tea in room (or in a public space ) would have been nice. I didn't like the separate toilet without bidet.

This was my first trip to Monaco, from the very first minute, the hotel made me feel positive, I felt like home, the staff is fantastic, I have never met such people anywhere! They are strangers but I felt like I had known them for a hundred years. Your hotel made my trip unforgettable and sweet. The location is the best, the views are fabulous. I really fell in love with your hotel and I want to come again because of you. I love you

Breakfast

The location was excellent, although the harbour was busy getting ready for the yacht show so many of our views were spoilt by the temporary building work, including our room and the restaurants we visited.

The breakfast was not adequate or good value for money, so we only visited once. The staff up on the terrace were also not has friendly as the staff in reception which let the overall experience down a bit.

Thank you for making my mother's 70th birthday so special. We get complementary bottle of champagne and a lot of warm and attention. The biggest asset of the hotel is wonderful staff . Nothing is too much trouble. I loved delicious coffee in the morning, made to order by Nury, fantastic apple cake and English breakfast. All reception staff was exceptional and made my stay unforgettable. Room was very clean and beautifully decorated with lovely views towards marina and palace .I highly recommend balcony room. Location of the hotel is great: in the centre and near bus stop from airport, hop off bus. I would love to come back again.
