The staff were welcoming. Our room was huge with a large balcony, and had a partial sea view. There was a full sized fridge, dual hot-plates, dishwasher and kitchen equipment for those who want to self-cater. Breakfast could be added by the day and had a good selection, including fresh fruit, pastries, cereals and healthy additions. The hotel was very quiet at night, with just a little passing traffic. We could walk to restaurants and the town centre though, another time, would probably choose a little closer. For a longer stay, there is the convenience of a laundry.

The shower cubicle had seen better days and there was no shelf in it for toiletries. On the first night, the air conditioning wasn't adequate for the room size. After that, we kept the curtains shut in the day, so the room wasn't so hot overnight. Reception staff were helpful, one with excellent English, but one had poorer English than my French. It is an aparthotel, so cleaning is once a week, but additional cleaning could be added for a small fee.

The location is great, parking was convenient as we were on a road trip. The garage entrance has plenty of clearance for even vans to maneuver with, and we had an SUV that fit perfectly, so definitely make a reservation for that if arriving by car. Lifts were available to go up to rooms from the parking garage. Locks on the doors and patio were childproof, which was extremely helpful. I loved the mini-fridge and kitchenette, allowing us to prepare meals for our little one. The room was very spacious, and the crib was perfect for our son. It is walking distance to Montecarlo, but you should drive if going to the historic center of the kingdom, as it would be far to walk if you have small children. I would absolutely stay here again.

The room is big and bright with a little balcony. Very clean, little kitchen with microwave, hob, fridge and well equipped. Location is excellent,.at the border of Monaco and France but 10 mins walk from Monte Carlo and the bus stop is not far away with plenty of buses to all parts. I would recommend this hotel. A great location for all the hot spots and close to public lifts and escalators.

Shower pressure not great but adequate. TV only has French channels but who needs TV on holidays.

The location was very good for visiting central Monaco. The convenient parking was a bonus. Breakfast was adequate but not extensive and gluten free options were minimal. The balcony was pleasant with a small view if the sea.

The bathroom required some modernisation with a pretty grubby feel, in particular the shower. We were also located very close to the cleaning staff office (5th floor) and conversations there begin very early! Otherwise we were happy.

The location was perfect, self catering apartment was very useful with good facilities. Staff were lovely, friendly, helpful. Room was clean and spacious, breakfast room was lovely, clean and plenty of options for breakfast.

The Shower in our room could do with an upgrade but was clean and plenty hot water instantly, shower gel and handsoap provided too which was great

This accommodation was a very pleasant surprise. Located in Beausoleil, but literally 2 meters from the "border" with Monaco, the accommodation is very comfortable, spacious, clean and with a wonderful view. Check-in was very quick, the room was ready, and the view from the room was amazing. This is the reason why I decided to give it a 10. There is also a Carrefour near the hotel that has everything you need for a dinner in your room or a breakfast on the terrace.

If was a very spaceous apartman, with on street safe parking, it was free on Sunday (expensive on weekdays, but the hotel has paying parking place too. The room and bathroom were clean, the kitchen was an extra plus (good shopping opportunities in a few minutes walk away). We got a room on higher floor with terrace and partial sea view. Casino is like 10 minutes walk away. Coming home you need to hike steps or street is increasing. Overall nice stay.

Staff excellent. Antonio very helpful and professional. He was always happy to help and a credit to the industry. Room very large. Great walk-in shower. Aircon worked very well. Breakfast good with nice outdoor setting available as well. Good location with excellent Italian restaurant nearby, Maya Mia, and highly recommended for food and service.

The location is uphill

Location to Monaco is close & walkable from the apartment. It was clean & tidy & had what we needed for our stay. Staff were friendly & we enjoyed the sea view from the balcony.

Both the bed and sleeper couch mattreses worn down & you sink to the middle on both. Took Hotel maintenance more than a day to sort out toilet flush problem, reception did note/report the issues when we told them - but glad it was sorted during our stay.
