We enjoyed the junior suite which accommodated us comfortably 2 children in the bedroom separated by the sliding door, and one adult in the living room on the sofa bed which was actually quite ok. We had an amazing view of the harbour and the Rock, and a huge balcony. The staff were extremely polite and helpful (all that we have encountered). The breakfast had a great selection and was in a nice setting by the pool. The bar and relaxing area also looked very inviting. It was very close to the train station and also the bus stop was extremely close. The hotel overall was very comfortable and extremely clean, we were very happy.

This is obviously not the hotel's fault but in general the building noise in Monaco is on a high level.

If you arrive by train, take the escalators UP to the main foyer, then go up a level using the lifts at the far end of foyer. This brings you to Rue Charlotte. Do not go down the escalators as Monaco is on levels and you will be on the wrong level. Bus no. 2 on the same side as the hotel will bring you down to the port. When you reach the top of the escalators, Rue Charlotte is behind you and to the right, after Cooks Cafe.

Give firm directions from train station as Monaco is confusing when you first arrive. It's easy once you've been around the block once.

We have been coming to Novatel for 4 Years . Everything is great except the employees at the reception who are unfriendly . Only the GIRL who worked at check in was great !

Spacious executuve room with balcony lovely shower and lovely room.. Comfortable bed, nice view from balcony. Location good to get to anywhere. Lots of room for clothes. Complimentary mini bar for executive room with 2 coke, sprite, water every day. Would stay at this hotel again.

There was building works going on on block hotel opposite so they workers were drilling all day. Sunday was great , sat out on balcony nice peaceful with wonderful view. From Monday onwards woken by drilling and too noisy to sit out. The double glazed door was good to shut out most of the noise but could still be heard. No communication from hotel about building works. Shame because the room was great.

Just back from an amazing weekend break in Monaco, and I can’t speak highly enough of the experience! From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the staff were absolutely superb, genuinely friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The breakfast was a real highlight, offering a fantastic variety of both hot and cold options to suit every taste. The bar and restaurant were equally impressive, with seamless table service and a beautifully calm, relaxed ambiance that made every moment feel special. Can’t wait to return!

The only small downside to an otherwise fabulous stay was that the room windows didn’t open, and the air conditioning was quite low-powered, which made the room feel a little warm and stuffy at times. That said, it didn’t take away from an overall brilliant experience, we’re already looking forward to our next visit! We'll just be sure to book a room with windows that open!

Clean, relatively updated rooms. We were comfortable as a family of four with one double bed and a double sofa-bed. Shower/bathroom and toilet are in separate rooms, which I find helpful. 5-6 min walk to the train station and 7-8 min walk to the Monte Carlo casino. Location was great. Would stay here again.

Not much that I didn’t like. We included breakfast in our stay. The only critique of breakfast would be that the room is open to the outside/pool area and gets quite warm while you’re dining, as the cool internal AC air escapes out the doors. (We traveled in early August when it was quite hot). Otherwise the breakfast options were great.

We only stayed for one night but had everything we needed and more. The Room was spotless and the view from the balcony was great. All the essentials we needed were also in the room such as an iron, hairdryer and even a coffee machine for the morning! The hotel itself had a really nice atmosphere, modern interior with both a cafe and restaurant on the first floor. Every member of staff we dealt with were super welcoming and helpful, they even were able to order us a taxi for our departure which was great!

The Novotel Hotel it's so beautiful, clean, with extra comfort. The staff, people are so positive and helpful the are always there to help you and make your stay at Hotel perfect. For us was very important to have a good stay with children. On this point I want to mention that children are welcomed of any age and also have a small place fulled with books and toys where children can having fun. Also the location of Hotel is absolut perfect, everything you can reach in par minutes walking or with bus and the bus station is only 2min. away from Hotel Novotel. We are so happy that we have this Hotel choosen for our stay and for sure we will come again and again everytime in this Hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised at check that we received a complementary upgrade to a suite with view of the town/Marina area. The room was spacious and the view was splendid. Not to mention clean!!! We almost did not want to leave the room, and when we left we were always happy to be back. We ordered in-room dinner two nights from Azzurra Kitchen (on site restaurant) just to enjoy the view from our room. Staff were pleasant and amicable. We also enjoyed the lounge area in the afternoon after strolling/sightseeing Monaco/Monte Carlo.

For breakfast there was a good choice, along with quality, ranging from cooked breakfast, fresh fruit and pastries. We decided to book a flight from Monaco Helipad to Nice Airport and without the help from Felicia (at Reception), we wouldn't have done this. She was outstanding in helping us book the flight and liaised with the Helicopter company on the booking and flight time. The overall friendliness from all staff was great to see and appreciated on our stay. Complimentary wine and water was delivered to our room, a nice touch! Room was clean and overall a high standard. The hotel's position is only 10 minute walk to the main square and casinos. Would definitely return.
