The room was good and mostly quiet although the walls are thinner than they need to be and the plumbing is weird, particularly the toilet flush which doesn't completely work. The staff were great, especially Majid who was really helpful and chatty. He organised for me to go to the Cafe de Paris which was great as I only had an evening to look around.

I could hear the lift from my room and heard my neighbour talking on his phone. Also the music played in the restaurant in the morning was appalling. Better to have no music at all or classical or smooth jazz than that noise,. Really loud and crass.

Nice hotel with clean, comfortable and quiet bedroom and bathroom and good value for the price paid given it's Monaco. The hotel reception staff were excellent and I can't thank them enough. They were very helpful and attentive and ensured with had a great stay in Monaco - helping us with taxis and reservations etc. Close to the Palace and harbour, with a Starbuck's across the road. Would definitely stay again.

Skip the breakfast in the restaurant which I think is run by another company. There was hardly any food left when I arrived at 9.20am and when I asked for some more ham & chesse I was told twice there was nothing left. I went to the reception to complain and then all of a sudden a huge plate of ham and chesse arrived! As I mentioned above, Starbuck's is across the road!

Nestled in a prime location near the Palace and the port, the Ambassador Monaco hotel offers easy access to key attractions. We enjoyed a delightful dinner on New Year’s Eve, which added to the experience. The breakfast, though simple, was complemented by the warm and attentive service of the breakfast staff.

The reception staff could benefit from a more courteous and helpful approach.

I liked the location. The hotel is located in walking distance from the market, shops, palace, casino and everything.

The price for value is a bit too much. I know it's Monaco but still. The variation for breakfast could be more. And from the central location comes that the hotel is too noisy. Not only the streets, the guests too. But of course, it isn't the hotel's fault.

Very easy to get to via train with a great restaurant. Easy to walk around, an easy 10 minute walk to the centre and other great food options. Room felt lux and staff were very friendly.

Currently building next door we’re either under construction or rennos which made it harder to cross the street but not much you can do about that. Other than that none.

Excellent location Everything we needed including advice from staff. After reading other reviews we were worried about air conditioning. Ours worked out fine - we followed the instructions and touched nothing. It wasnt an icebox but it was comfortable.

We wished we had known about the walkway from the railway station and how to access it.

Great location just a short walk from the train station and down to the harbour. Room was a good size and we had a lovely French balcony overlooking the road and towards the palace hill.

Strange setup with toilet separate to bidet in bathroom. We did leave early for the day and was surprised to find the room was only being cleaned after lunch.

Our room A/C unreliable and mostly not working, nobody available to fix and so we were quite uncomfortable. The breakfast was decent to OK, could have been better.

The room and breakfast were fine. We requested a high floor and we had a room with a view and (no water views though) which was great. The hotel is quite central and it’s only a short walk to the Marina.

We were a group of six and arrived in Monaco in our hired minivan. It’s a bit stressful driving into Monte Carlo for the first time, so a bit more detailed info on the location and pricing of the nearby car parking facility would have been more helpful. I note it was quite difficult steering the tight turns down/up the carpark in the van!

I like how clean it is, the location and the morning receptionist. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was good. They were missing plugs C for new iPhones, but we survive. I like the kindness provided by the morning receptionist. I like Monte Carlo … it was my second time there.

It was a little difficult to find, better pictures of the main entrance will help.
