The hotel has a charming character. A courtyard garden full of greenery and quirky collected bits and pieces. Likewise, the breakfast room and communal areas. The continental buffet breakfast was delicious. Well stocked with bread, pastries, fresh and dried fruits, nuts, cereals, yogurts, cheeses and meats and probably other items I can't recall. All beautifully presented and great coffee. The hotel was quiet apart from the aircraft noise, but we didn't find this to be a problem. They don't seem to fly all night and it's close to the airport so expected.

There didn't seem to be much nearby in terms of cafes, bars, restaurants but a big supermarket is a short walk and the tram service too. The heart of Nice was about 15 mins on the tram.

Good area, close to bus and tram and train stations, making it easy to get arround Nice and surrounding area. Very peaceful Hotel, Lovely courtyard garden to have coffee, breakfast or dinner. Hotel owner manager exceptionally helpful and all areas of the hotel spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed. Definately highly recommend this Hotel.

Fabulous breakfast buffet, tram available close by to get into main part of city, parking spot available for 20 euros/night. Wonderful hosts!

Rooms/bathrooms are small but clean, air conditioned, and with comfortable beds. Our cost/night was ~ 360 euros + city tax/ room was much above normal price. ?Cannes film festival weekend

Very friendly and helpful owners at the hotel. Small but comfortable room. We appreciated the bottles of water and sweets in our room every day. The courtyard was very pretty with all the plants and flowers and a lovely place to have breakfast. The breakfast buffet choice was good and we really enjoyed it.

I absolutely loved this hotel! It was my first time in Nice to attend a concert nearby and I enjoyed so much, the bed was so comfy, the breakfast was amazing and the staff is beyond kind and welcoming. Would definitely come back!

Room was as described, bed comfortable, aircon worked perfectly. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The shower worked well, there isn’t anything to complain about, really. It was a couple of minutes walk to the tram and very easy to get to the city. The garden was very tranquil.

that is was in a quiet area but close( a short tram ride) to old Nice. Loved the garden. the owners were also very sweet and accommodating.

Homely and lovely stay, the hosts are very friendly and helpful. Good location, buses-trams and the beach around the close corner. I would go back there when I visit this city again
