Nice people all around. Even guests looked happy! Nice restaurants, very good Matcha. Valet service was perfect and nice. We will come back for sure! Rooms are amazing.

Harder access to the main pool, because of F1 construction preparation, but next time we will try also main pool. This was pre grand prix specific situation so it has no impact for overall rate for us. Anyway amazing stay :)

We were told the swimming pool for guests was full. Bearing in mind we were only there two nights how can you be told at £700 a night the pool was full. The hotel kindly compensated us for this and apologised but really the hotel was chosen by us for for the facilities Since my last visit some time ago one of the Pools is now totally a Nicki beach pool area. It is a crazy area full of questionable unsavoury characters paying hundreds for a poolside seat to pose. Ideal for Marbella not sure about a Fairmont hotel though with multiple types of guests. The hotel seems to have. Even over run by non residents which has strained the valet and front of house areas and shrunk the resident pool area use. We still enjoyed our visit

We had a great room with a seaview and partial city view - it was really beautiful. The room itself was spacious and comfortable and had a nice balcony. It was very clean, the bed was very great. Decor is a bit dated but frankly it’s not too bad. Hotel is in a FANTASTIC location - would be difficult to get a better one in Monaco. You can walk everywhere and you have the famous Fairmont Hairpin right outside the entrance, if you’re an F1 fan. Reception, consierge, room cleaning and restaurant staff was very pleasant, kind, smiling. Breakfast buffet wasn’t super varied but it was definitely good enough, food was tasty, and mr Pawel served great, freshly made omlettes. Pastries were very good. Amu (where the breakfast is served) has beautiful view as its a rooftop restaurant - great start of the day.

The in room AC wasn’t very fresh - it cooled down the room but the air felt slightly stiff. This is big hotel, it’s super busy at times. Valet/parking staff was generally polite, but one of the nights we had a lot of trouble getting a taxi - they skipped us twice and people who came after us got their taxis, while we had to wait for over 20 minutes and were late for our dinner reservation. Also at this one time, the staff was arrogant and unpleasant. That should never happen at the hotel of this caliber, especially when you charge ~1k€ per night.

Family of 4 with 14 and 10 year olds, stayed in the Riviera suite sea view , 2 nights. Perfect location, we walked to all places we wanted to visit. , hotel was very clean, well trained staff, all were very nice and helpful from the valet, reception, house keeping, restaurants staff and the gym staff. Beds were comfortable, even the sofa bed was good for the 2 kids to sleep, no complaints from kids. Breakfast was good, meant to be till 11am, can be busy later hour so best to go a bit early. I noticed a lot of people came after 11 and they were accommodated which was nice to see. We used the less noisy pool , very friendly and helpful staff. Drinks are a bit pricey but expected, the food was great at the pool, price was ok as very large portions, mistakenly ordered a meal each, couldn’t finish, good for sharing. Casino is just behind the hotel, kids Loved watching all the super cars take F1 hairpin bend in front of the hotel.

Our sea view room on the 3rd floor had limited sea view from the room but this is due to a very large sitting area behind the room from which you you have amazing sea view. The higher floors have a better sea view of course.

We never get good table for breakfast , always was reserved for someone, many times I finished breakfast and table was still empty but they refused to give me nice table on the balcony to enjoy with view

The view, the hotel, the restaurant and how the hotel give you an option to connect your phone to the tv and watch anything you want..that was the best part. Also the staff were very polite..Luc and Gilles were very welcoming and so kind. Gilles made sure to go the extra mile just to get you everything you requested for. He made sure we were satisfied. Best service I’ve received by far. Thank you very much Gilles.

Drinks and snacks in the mini fridge are way overpriced. Did not expect that at all. You’re better off going out to the shop to buy your fizzy drinks (cans) and snacks etc

Great hotel in the heart of Monte Carlo. Very good location, the stuff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable with balcony, the bed is super comfortable. Garden view rooms are silent. Super nice location upstairs for breakfast inside and outside, very lovely service and the choice is for different tastes. 2 hours longer check out was easily prolonged for free. Pool are is nice, comfortable and with good service. Highly recommended to stay if you are looking for vacation place in Monaco, Monte Carlo.

Really long waiting time at the check in. Price for regular 0,5 water 10 euros :(

A bit noisy on hallway floor

The location is perfect, near the Casino, shops, restaurants and with great views of the F1 hairpin. Our Garden View room was elegant, with the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in, a nice bathroom with Le Labo Rose 31 amenities and a balcony with a sunbed to relax. Breakfast was varied and really good. The hotel has two rooftop pools, Amu & Nikki Beach. Loved that hotel guests also get free entrance to Nikki Beach; however, the guest area was usually full - but we managed to get sunbeds and really loved the vibe. Would definitely come back!

The only downside is that the Nikki Beach area for hotel guests is quite small and fills up quickly, so you need to go early to make sure you get a spot, otherwise you’ll have to pay just like a regular customer.
