It was very close to the main attractions, and quite easy to find. Bed was OK, it had balcony, and it was very clean. Good deal for the daily parking rate. Staff was professionally courteous and helpful, although a bit up-ish.

Monaco is confusing with all the tunnels and levels, so it took us a while before we found the parking. Better information (possibly with a map/directions) would be a plus. Breakfast was very basic (pastry, butter, jam and coffee/tea - no eggs, cheese, ham, cereals, fruit or similar... ), which is fine, but the price for the given was quite high (14 eur).

Great location from the Monte Carlo train station and from some of the main streets. Staff were very accommodating and friendly and the rooms were of a decent size. The cleaning lady who we saw in the morning was also really pleasant.

More storage needed in the bathroom. A shelf or two could be put underneath the sink so you can store your items whether toiletries or your clothes. More plug sockets in the room would also be good. Lastly, although probably not feasible a kettle and / or mini fridge in the room would've been nice (it could have sat under the desk) with the weather being so warm you are quite thirsty and room temperature water doesnt taste as refreshing. Yes you can walk to the supermarket but if you're thirsty at 3am in the morning when you've woken up it would be nice to be able to get a nice cold drink / have the space to store drinks. For some, a kettle in the room would be easier and probably safer than having to carry a cup of tea upstairs (there's no lift)

Good location, very kind receptionist man and woman. They helped us in everything. Very clean rooms, kind cleaning lady.

The bathroom is very small, almost unable to sit the toilette (maybe a man with bigger body can not even use the toilet). Also a rhing what was very bad for me i lost 1 of my contact lenses because there was no small shelf for cosmetics , maybe for a man it is no problem, but for a girl with girly products it is bad, i dont say so much more needed but a small shelf under the bathroom mirrror would be good to put cosmetics and contact lens holder.

The hotel was central and easy to get to from the train station. Staff were lovely and helpful and the room was clean however I think the red chair could have done with a steam clean as it was stained. Staff were also accommodating as we needed to be on a lower floor due to my husbands knee and they made sure we had a first floor room as there is no lift in the hotel.

Clean and comfortable room. Great location. You can leave your bags at the hotel if arriving before check in or departing later in the day when you check out. The hotel is less than 10min from the train station if you take the right exit from the station. To avoid dragging your bags down the winding sidewalks and steps, take the Fontvieille/ Le Rocher exit which is at the opposite end of the platform to the train direction when arriving from Nice. Go through the tunnel with the travelators and exit at the end of the tunnel. Turn right and after 50m go down the steps on the left. Turn left at the bottom of the steps and the hotel will be on your right.

The hotel is located in a good part of Monaco with short walks to all the sights. The staff in this place are very friendly and helpful. The room is basic but had what we needed. The shower was good, but that bathroom is a bit on the small side. The bed was comfortable.

We were there on a cold, rainy day in april and the heating was already turned off in the building, which meant we couldn't adjust the room temperature. The staff was very friendly about it but unfortunately couldn't change anything about it.

I love the location, EVERYONE on the staff was amazing. Specially the Italian young fellow that helped me with a Taxi. He was patient and kind and was very polite with the most annoying woman that came to check in while I was being attended.

The room was a little stinky, it smelled like someone had smoked in it. There was no hot water late in the evening so I was not able to shower. A few more pillows would have been helpful.

Upon our arrival we were given a different room - a 3 bedroom place on the ground floor which was fantastic and meant we didn’t have any stairs. Very thoughtful of the blonde lady who met us on arrival as she could see we had a couple of fairly large bags. Night staff were very helpful and accommodating with hot water for herbal tea.

Breakfast was quite basic but it was only 10 euros and the coffee was very good. Croissants fresh.

The balcony was great. The price was pretty good in that area. The staff was polite and answered all questions.

An extremely strange and uncomfortable bathroom (the entrance to the shower is very tiny). The sink does not absorb the soap. It is strange to leave the keys when you go out. The breakfast is super small and unacceptable for such a price.

Excellent location. The bed was comfortable. The desk staff were helpful and the cleaning staff polite. I got a better room than I had booked, presumably as it was low season. In any case, the hotel is good value for Monaco and is above average for a two-star venue.

The bathroom was a decent size so there is room for a bigger basin and shower in it.
