The property is beautiful. We were in the 10th floor which was fully renovated, so make sure you request a room that has been renovated. As a family of 4, it was a great choice for us. The lagoon pool was a hit with the kids. We also jetski around the big super yachts and my boys loved it.

We were there for 4 nights and the limited food menu was definitely not ideal; however, the free shuttles to the city center made it easy enough to eat outside the resort when needed.

Overpriced restaurant, bar and full of companion ladies around. Too much. although it's very expensive and overpriced but looks cheap. Blue Bay is totally overpriced. Had my missus birthday there, agreed a table with them to find out it was the worst table they gave me. Matching wines were wrongly given throughout the tasting menu, free cake was cheap and deserts nothing special. Two Michelin stars is way over rated. I will not go back. Over the years it has changed for the worst unfortunately.

I come almost every year to this hotel. Location of the hotel and the view are amazing The outdoor (terrace and pools ) are very nice All Rooms are big enough with a nice balcony For me this is the Best hotel in Monaco for kids and family.

The staff is very rude. They are not friendly at all like always. Hotel should renew all the pillows and bed sheets and towels. They are very old and this is not acceptable for Société Bain de mer. And hotel staff should be more flexible and friendly . There is always a problem with the staff

The pool is amazing! It's heated and the sand bottom pool is massive. There is a great indoor pool too with a jacuzzi. Monaco is super expensive and ordering a Coke will set you back by €15, but man does this place make you feel like a king. It was an amazing experience staying here. The location is great close to the sea.

The internet was a catastrophy. If you need to get work done like me, forget about it. It's impossible. It's madness how such a wealthy country can have such poor internet connection. Like in many places, there are great and less good staff. When we checked in, the lady working there could barely give us a smile, but when we checked out, that lady was very charming and sweet. I will definitely book this hotel again if I go back to Monaco. I hope they will have a greater variety on their room service menu and fix the internet.

The hotel with the garden, restaurants, pools and beach is very well planned and built, the whole property has a good atmosphere, it gives you harmony. This is a good place to relax and enjoy your vacation. The staff is very kind, experienced and helpful. Our room was spacious, we liked the balcony as well. It was clean everywhere. The breakfast was abundant, lunch and dinner were also very delicious. The station of the Hop-on-Hop-Off bus is right next to the entrance of the hotel.

Our stay could have been a bit longer in this wonderful hotel and neighborhood. Next time we'll try to spend more time here.

The Hotel was very nice. Facilities were extraordinary. Very upscale

Breakfast was 44 EUROS per person totaling 88 EUROS every morning. Definitely not worth the money. Dinner prices in 3 Restuarants were through the roof expensive. Did not eat dinner there. Parking was another 35 EUROS per day. Most of additional facilities like steam rooms etc were an extra charge. Many of the outside grounds areas were roped off, beds and Umbrellas taken away, only 1 pool outside was open. At almost 4-500 EUROS per day for the stay I think they could have not charged an absorbent amounts for everything else. Definitely a money grab hotel but I guess that's Monte carlo.

Beautiful setting , great location stunning views . The rooms cède big with amazing sea view . The food at chef ravin was just unbelievable. We will be back for sure .

The shower had a bit of mold and and the paper coffee cup in the room is not great, it should be ceramic cups . Also the date inside the lifts needed a bit if maintenance ( chipped wood )

I love the design and overall aesthic - especially the lagoon and poolside area which is the star of the show. The food and cakes are delicious. The staff is generally very good - attentive without being over powering. I loved my room and terrace too. A cocktail and bar bites by the sea in the Blue Bar is one of the most relaxing things you can do. One of my favourite places to stay in the world. Especially after a hectic week at Cannes Lions.

The seagulls/birds eating food from the outdoor breakfast tables was off putting. There should be a hotel shuttle every 15 mins to take hotel guests into town, as taxis are difficult to find and the bus isn't all that frequent. Transport is a bit of an issue with no Ubers so help with that would be great. The changing rooms for the poolside and lagoons could be much better, pretty basic. There should also be a loyalty programme and more on offer for guests who have stayed more than once.

My stay at this hotel was outstanding. The cleanliness and modernity of the property were exceptional, providing a stylish and inviting atmosphere. Nespresso capsules were not refulled on day 2. They wanted to charge for a refill on day one ( 4 caps included at 700eur room price). Thats a joke. Pool Bar closer at 18.00 already when people wanted to order drinks. Really? This used to be a 5 star hotel, now a 4 Star. Well, barely.
