Beautiful boutique like hotel, Central located between Monaco and Menton Our room was in the “new part” of the hotel and had a beautiful view of the sea from the bedroom and the bathroom. Super comfortable and designed room! The bus stop is just in front of the hotel, which makes it very convenient and any expensive to explore the area

We had one night in which the guests upstairs were loud BUT The staff was amazingly responsive and quickly took action to solve the problem. The noisy Guest were no reflection on the hotel and I am grateful how quickly they took care of the issue

- The hotel offers a unique view over the Côte d’Azur with a beautiful sunrise and sunset. - The personell is very engaged and actively tries to improve on your vacation experience. - Parking spaces are available directly in front of the door, making it easy to load and unload the car. - The rooms offer a lot of space and are appropriately cooled. - There is a wide breakfast selection available, which can be eaten on the hotel terrace with a beautiful view of the Mediterranean.

- The rooms are a little hear-through, which can be disturbing. As we did not have anyone in the rooms on the same floor this did not impact the quality of our stay.

1st night had a plenty of Hot water 🚿 but 2nd days room shower wasn’t hot enough. 1st night TV 📺/Remote wasn’t working, als telephone ☎️

We spent 2 nights at the hotel. The impressions were the most pleasant. Everything was at the highest level, starting with the beautiful views from the room and at breakfast, ending with a wonderful room and a comfortable bed. We especially wanted to mention a young man-a hotel employee (unfortunately we didn't have time to ask for his name)- a very nice, helpful guy, helped with all the questions, booked us a wonderful restaurant in Monte Carlo. It is a pity that we could not personally thank him, because at the time of our departure, he was not working.

Beautiful view, spotless and really nice staff

Even if the feel was a bit 1970’s retro, like staying at a fashionable great aunties’ house, a tiny bit more detail would have been appreciated: the refrigerator could have been hidden in a cabinet rather than in full view in a corner . Would have loved for the shower to be a bit more spacious, and wooden or aluminum furniture on the balcony rather than plastic. Real plants rather than plastic as well would have been great. Other than that, thank you for a lovely stay.

Absolutely loved the hotel, our room, the most incredible view, and warm and very genuine hospitality, the family running the hotel were amazing. Delicious breakfast on our verandah everyday served with white linen and fine bone China. The staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. The beach itself is gorgeous, both white sand and pebble.

Sadly we had ditched the car, and this is one place we really needed it. There isn't a coffee shop or Cafe within walking distance. There's a bus stop to Monaco and direct to airport (80) 50 metres away, but we were a bit stuck for dinners. You could order from the hotel a charcuterie plate, but that was it. There's a pizza shop a lot of steps down, and you could get coffee and eat at the lovely beach club at the beach, Cala Pulpo. But many steps down and back.

We originally booked just one night here but when we arrived we immediately added an extra night (instead of going on to Cannes) as the hotel and location are so good. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. On our arrival, we were offered a glass of bubbly on the terrace while our bags were taken to our room. The view is exactly as the picture on the hotel website. This was the perfect relaxing end to a long 2 week road trip.

Hands down the best staff around. The couple that ran it - and another gentleman named Louey - treated us like royalty! I’ve never experienced better hospitality at a hotel. It’s such a cozy hotel, with magnificent views and cozy unique rooms! The rooms were so clean and comfortable- best beds and pillows! The only setback is the location- not close to anything really so just plan to do some walking to the train to get around or call an Uber. The bus stop IS right outside but we were hesitant to try that. If you’re looking for views, relaxing, and to be treated like family (or royalty!), this is the place for you!

Not close to much.

There is a bar on top of the hotel which has exceptionally good and friendly staff. Wasn’t expecting anything special for the dinner. However we had the best meal in Nice, Roquebrune and Monte Carlo over our 5 day stay. That includes much more expensive establishments. For a ‘Airport’ hotel they warrant all the accolades that can be given them.

Stunning view from our balcony that is now a core memory of our stay in the south of France. The room was equisite, the bed was so comfy, shower and bathroom were excellent, balcony was 10/10. Ordered room service and the staff was beyond friendly, beyond accommodating, they truly elevated our stay with their genuine kindness and hospitality.
