Everything was magnificent: parking out front, spacious corner room with spectacular view, excellent location to go to town, pleasant staff and a nearby beach promenade!!!!! We strolled to adjacent Menton and the next day drove there for the Citrus Festival. We enjoyed a fantastic dinner at Fellini in Roquebrune a short way from the hotel!!!! There is a pretty path beside the sea across from the hotel to glance at the Mediterranean as well as Roquebrune and Menton. We didn't hike to the old town of Roquebrune due to time . We were happy we chose an exceptional hotel, thank you!!!!!!

location is good and from the room balcony, it has impressive views. just off the south roundabout from Prom. du Cap-Martin, you are close to all the main bars, restaurants and other eateries. if coming from the train station Carnolès, it is about a 10-15 mins walk away adding to its accessibility. at request, the hotel provided me with an iron and ironing board which is most appreciated. the A/C worked perfectly too

I had to pay a city tax, which is fine but would have preferred to know about it when first checking in as opposed to when I checked out

The staff, the location and the view were amazing! We had a very good experience there and would stay there again! There was easy free parking right in front of the hotel, and a good supermarket just a few meters away. The beach is also super close and there were many restaurant options nearby.

The shower area leaked some water, which was not so nice but didn't really negatively affect our stay. One of the 3 beds had a mattres of lower quality - it was not horrible, but it was not good. Again, we would stay there again despite the small maintenance issues and the one mattress.

Great hotel on the waterfront in Carnoles. Generous sized room, nice big shower, good sized terrace, very clean, bar and lounge in lobby makes a good place to meet friends before going out. My main memory will be the super friendly staff who were absolutely great.

The sea facing rooms also overlook the road at the front. On the one hand you can hear the sea, on the other hand there will obviously be some traffic noise if you sleep with the window open!

Beautiful location, with excellent access to beach and amenities but also relatively quiet. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was very good. Value for money was excellent.

parking was fine for us with a small car - we managed to park outside of the hotel each night with no problems, but could be difficult with a larger car or during busy times

The location is absolutely perfect, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The cleaning ladies are amazing and take care of the rooms every single day. They are doing a fantastic job.

The internet connection was down for few hours twice for one week but that wasn’t a big issue. Also, if your room is on the back side of the hotel, there is a laud noise coming from the street, but at night it goes down.

A superbly located hotel, almost on the beach itself, with easy access to the shops and restaurants of the town. Staff were extremely friendly and made us feel welcome from the start. An excellent breakfast spread. Room enjoyed a superb view and was air conditioned, although it was not required.

Bathroom was looking a little tired in places but was clean and well-equipped.

There is a reception lady Gilbert. She is like an angel who is alive. Just to meet this lady is a blessing. So kind so attentive so caring so warm. I wish there were more people like that. The bed is very comfortable and shower very proper. Further amazing caraibe beach in front. Place to die for.

Amazing hotel, comfy beds and very clean. All things very important to use. Particularly one staff member was great, she made us feel very welcome.

Budget room might get noises coming from the streets with all the motorcycles passing by. It didn't bother me.

very friendly and helpful staff. clean,spacious room with view towards the sea. generous breakfast buffet. within walking distance of Menton along the coast. car parking available either to front of the hotel or in its garage.

sound insulation only fair….we could hear both internal and external noises. wifi bandwidth weak.
