We travelled as a family of 3. We had previously stayed in Menton but not at this hotel. We loved it. Wonderful, friendly staff. The cleaning lady was fantastic and so lovely. One of the cleanest hotels we have stayed in. Breakfast was great. Good options. Better than expected. Super little bar. Good outdoor space. Nice size balcony facing the mountains. Great shower (though in a bath so may not be accessible for some). All in all we had a wonderful staff made all the better by such wonderful, friendly and helpful staff.

Honestly the only downside was the distance from the sandy beach and that isn't a huge deal.

We enjoyed the varied breakfast and the view from the balcony. SPLENDID The safe was easy to use and the fridge and kettle were very welcome. The roof top jacuzzi was better than expected. While we were there, there was always an available sunbed to relax on afterwards. What a treat it was. There was a bus stop right outside the hotel going towards the train station one way and Monaco the other. Our room was wonderfully air conditioned and so quiet at night, once the shutters were down and the sliding door closed. Have read comments from others about having to hold the shower head but that was not an issue in our bedroom.

Perhaps a few hooks in the bedroom would have been useful. Some fresh milk capsules in the fridge would also have been useful.

The hotel is very good located, close to a private beach . Breakfast is excellent, everything is fresh. The beds are very comfortable and room nice and very clean. Me and my daughter enjoyed the spa which we used in the last 2 days and the view from there is like a dream. The staff is very friendly we received always very good recomandation, thank you for that. I definitely recomand the hotel. I almost forgot, the lemon water from the lobby is very tasty and special.

Everything really clean, quiet place to stay, the staff especially the guy from front office that helped me with food for my baby at night were sooo friendly, thank you all!

The pool and spa access its prohibited for kids, so unfortunately we aren not allowed to use that facilities whom we choose because of the spa. The next time we will try to find a place that my kid is allowed to go with me.

Really nice, clean, modern feeling hotel. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. It has a nice chilled vibe and was a great base for exploring the cote d'azur

My only minor issue was that the bedding was very light and there was no spare bedding like you'd find in a lot of hotels. I am sure if I'd asked the hotel they would have assisted but I was too shy/being polite. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Staff very friendly, good room with balcony sea view, the hamam is a great feature,( the reason why i picked this hotel) parking was available for free outside the hotel in january though! Nevertheless, other places you pay 20+ anyway , all in all a perfect stay and i will come back outside of the season.

Unfortunately The hamam was not included in the rate and cost extra 20 per person which was not clear enough to me when i made the booking. You can do a late checkout 1pm instead of 11am which cost also extra 20 ( if i remember correctly)but in spite of that it does not allow you to go to the spa after 11am.

Staff was helpful with any request, breakfast was excellent and rooms and hotel was very clean.

The hotel is located on a busy road. There is no chance of sleeping with the windows open if you select the mountain view. The A/C in the room is also very loud,so the staff kindly lent us a fan which worked a treat.

Limited parking - but pay and display car park next door is really convenient - although you need to feed the meter everyday before it runs out (or a week costs 22 euros) Toilet roll paper was hard

Great large comfortable bed room, nice large bed, plenty of sockets and a kettle+ mini fridge. Lovely bathroom. All freshly refurbished it seems. All staff were very friendly and accommodating, I had to work and did so in my bedroom and in the communal areas and it was never a problem. The rooftop solarium and jacuzzi overlooking the see and coast are just a dream

The hotel's position with the amazing view of the seaside and the hotel personnel were excellent.

The only negative part or the thing that should be improved is the breakfast part. The food was ok, but it was the same every day. For a 4 stars hotel, there should be a diversity regarding the breakfast.
