The suite was fabulous with a dual aspect bedroom, large bathroom and neat little hot drinks making area, nice balcony. Lovely views of the mountain from the bed! Private entrance and easy access through locked gates. Great location short walk uphill from the station.

Really not suitable for anyone with impaired mobility - quite steep marble staircase up to the room, which looks fabulous and is very stylish, but which I struggled with. Bit of a mis-leading description about things you would need to prepare breakfast - the cutlery and crockery were a nice touch, but we expected something other than a pot of jam.

During our recent trip to the charming town of Menton in southern France, we had the pleasure of staying in this spacious apartment hotel. The apartment had a large and exquisite bathroom, and the living area, in which the bed was situated, was tastefully decorated and well maintained. One of the standout features of this accommodation was the presence of two large doors leading out onto a private terrace. From this vantage point, we were treated to beautiful views of the town and glimpses of the sea. It provided the perfect spot for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while soaking in the picturesque scenery. The apartment hotel also boasted a lovely garden, adding a serene touch to the ambiance. Additionally, the availability of a coffee machine, kettle, and breakfast-making equipment allowed us to start our mornings at our own pace, enjoying a homemade breakfast in the comfort of our own space. In terms of location, the apartment hotel was situated in a quiet and pleasant area, conveniently close to various restaurants, shops, the train station, and Menton's charming old town.

We liked the spaciousness of the room, general decor and cleanliness. We also found the location convenient.

The outside space was a little disappointing as there wasn’t much of a view and the garden (which guests had access to) wasn’t well kept. The floor of the shower area in the bathroom was particularly slippery when wet. The shower itself had low water pressure on the overhead waterfall attachment, and the handheld attachment often soaked the floor beyond the shower screen. Also, on one occasion the water was excruciatingly hot and couldn’t be moderated.

We liked the building and communal areas and easy access. Loved the wrap around balcony with view. Very comfy large bed , excellent shower and bathroom with bath and the apartment was very clean and welcoming on arrival. 11am checkout is good for the last day.

There was very little we didn’t like - just the simple things like no bowls for breakfast cereal (no breakfast provided) and no additional cutlery which meant if you had used one spoon for yogurt you had to wash it up to stir your coffee!

We stayed here for the Monaco Grand Prix weekend and used it as a base to go to and from the race for 3 days. It’s a great location for that with the train station down the road. Bruno was easy to get hold of and the check in and out was very well done. We parked our car behind the gates and it was safe and sound there while we were in Monaco. The terrace was great and has a nice view of the town.

The fridge is a bit noisy at night.

The location was perfect. We found it just a short walk from the main boardwalk. The place itself was highly romantic, exceptionally clean and a perfect place to stay in a beautiful area. The host, Bruno, was kind and attentive and parking was included. The bathroom, in particular the bathtub, as well as the incredible view from balcony were highlights!

Nothing. It was all wonderful!

Great location, beautiful house with an authentic style throughout. We had a smaller room in the house that looked out over the city with spacious bathroom, but more than enough space for a couple of nights. Super comfortable bed and everything you need is provided.

Fridge inside the room was quite loud throughout the night. But that's the only thing!

Location near train, room was nice and clean, bed was comfortable, the coffee bar was a nice benefit, and the communication from the host was good. Overall a very pleasant experience

This is a more of a Airbnb type of experience since there is no concierge or anything, but that was made known prior to booking and met our expectations.

Large spacious accommodation with comfy bed, huge bathroom, great balcony. Quiet location, close to beach. Free coffee and limoncello were nice touches. Beautifully furnished.

The only negative thing to mention is that the water pressure wasn't sufficient to work the large shower head but the smaller handheld one worked fine.

It was a beautiful, big and comfortable suite. Stunning bathroom with shower and bath. Lovely district outlook , close to everything train, old town , sea and shops . Balcony great . Additional access gate at back. Perfect . Don’t worry about dogs . They are cute sausage dogs who are very lazy .
