The interior is freshly renovated and the room was nice and modern. Housekeeping was done regularly every day and the staff was polite. We enjoyed our balcony and on hot days also the A/C which worked fine. The room features a large smart TV and a small refrigerator. There is a Carrefour shop nearby which is open also on Sundays.

Breakfast is not included in the room price and costs 16 EUR, has to be booked a day in advance. The breakfast selection could also be improved. Unfortunately there is no water dispenser or tea/coffee making facilities in the lobby. There are no tea cups in the room, only tall glasses unsuitable for hot beverages even though the room has a kettle. Garage not suitable for larger cars/SUV, but plenty of parking spaces outside on the street.

Renovated hotel in a very convenient location in Menton (which has a nice old town, and great restaurants), less than 5 minutes walk from the station. Family friendly. I recommend the suite for families (1 double bed + 1 double sofa bed). The sofa bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Excellent breakfast, gluten free options available, fresh fruit, cereal, eggs,... All the staff is very friendly and very helpful. I would to give a special recognition to Debbie on reception. She pro-actively helped us with everything and gave us recommendations for things to see/visit in the area (in France or Italy). It is a great location to stay if wanting to visit Monaco, since that was just 11 minutes by train - every 15 minutes. Good to know: a Carrefour Express (supermarket) is just 2 minute walk from the hotel. We would definitely stay there again.

Location was great only 3 minutes walk from train station. Beach only a few minutes walk also. Plenty of restraunts and bars around. Had a breakfast at the hotel fruit yogurt coffee tea orange juice selection of pastries and rolls which we though was good value .Staff all very friendly. Towels changed every day and the sheets we changed too as the weather was extremely hot which was great.Very clean modern and fresh .Air conditioning great given the high temp. A really good find.We definitely be back.

Not enough hangers

Super clean, modern, spacious and superbly located with great air conditioning. Everything you need in surrounding area. Great views from large balcony of mountains, church, tennis courts and sea just up the road. Great housekeeping staff who did a great job even when not expected. Apartment had everything needed for comfortable stay. Nothing to fault. Secure paid parking in underground garage provided short walk from Hotel.

The property was newly renovated. very well appointed, kitchen was fully equipped for a short stay. Location was outstanding, the best in Menton. 2 minutes walk to the train station was a dream.

There was too many chairs on the small and narrow typical French balcony. Two chairs and a table would give space to exit and observe the environment.

The hotel is brand new, everything looks really nice. The beach is only one block away, the city center is within walking distance as well. The staff was really friendly and helpful!

The only thing that wasn‘t perfect was the breakfast. You get a selection of bread (can‘t be chosen), and on one day, we were offered cornflakes in addition, on another one cheese and fruit salad. We would suggest to give guests a list to choose their breakfast option (e.g. on the evening before). This way, guests would know all the available dishes and food waste could be avoided (if someone doesn‘t want bread for example).

The apartment we stayed in was beautiful it was very clean with a fully equipped kitchen. We had amazing views from our terrace to sit and chill after a long day exploring. Debbie on reception was very helpful and booked us some amazing restaurants during our stay. We will definitely be back.

I had a great stay! The staff were very helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The location is excellent — close to everything and very convenient. There was a built-in heated towel rack in the bathroom, which was perfect for drying clothes and towels after the beach. A great place to stay, I’d definitely come back!

It is amazingly clean and all the furnitures are very new and the location ia also very good. Very spacious room. Even the view from our room is also beautiful. All staffs of this hotel are very kind.

There is a separate location for parking. It is 5 mins on foot, so the distance between is not a problem, but the parking space and the entrance of the parking lot is very narrow. I cannot say it is impossible but it is tricky.

Cleanliness - it was exceptionally clean, modern and all brand new. Well thought out apartment. Comfortable beds, well equipped throughout. Lots of helpful touches. Great air conditioning and blackout blinds. Helpful reception staff.

Internet not consistently reliable. Always dropping out.
