Renovated hotel in a very convenient location in Menton (which has a nice old town, and great restaurants), less than 5 minutes walk from the station. Family friendly. I recommend the suite for families (1 double bed + 1 double sofa bed). The sofa bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Excellent breakfast, gluten free options available, fresh fruit, cereal, eggs,... All the staff is very friendly and very helpful. I would to give a special recognition to Debbie on reception. She pro-actively helped us with everything and gave us recommendations for things to see/visit in the area (in France or Italy). It is a great location to stay if wanting to visit Monaco, since that was just 11 minutes by train - every 15 minutes. Good to know: a Carrefour Express (supermarket) is just 2 minute walk from the hotel. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is brand new, everything looks really nice. The beach is only one block away, the city center is within walking distance as well. The staff was really friendly and helpful!

The only thing that wasn‘t perfect was the breakfast. You get a selection of bread (can‘t be chosen), and on one day, we were offered cornflakes in addition, on another one cheese and fruit salad. We would suggest to give guests a list to choose their breakfast option (e.g. on the evening before). This way, guests would know all the available dishes and food waste could be avoided (if someone doesn‘t want bread for example).

Cleanliness - it was exceptionally clean, modern and all brand new. Well thought out apartment. Comfortable beds, well equipped throughout. Lots of helpful touches. Great air conditioning and blackout blinds. Helpful reception staff.

Internet not consistently reliable. Always dropping out.

It was very clean and had everything you might need in an apartment. The apartment was very comfortable, equipped with necessaries for the kitchen and even had a vacuum cleaner. The staff were very attentive to our needs and the breakfast was delicious. Location was good and near the beach. The parking spot was in a near buiding and was extra charge.

All was good, would come again.

Very new and modern hotel with excellent facilities. Staff was really friendly. Breakfast was exclusively served for us and staff was lovely.

Parking can be a bit of a challenge in that particular area. Thats why we booked a spot at the underground garage which is located in a partner hotel about 200 meters away.

An exceptional experience at this property. Luckily I got upgraded to a suite, and that was the highlight of my trip. The quality of the room was above my expectations, all the fabrics soft. The room very clean. The receptionist was very kind.

I'd add a proper shampoo and hair conditioner.

The room was exceptionally comfortable and clean. The staff were very pleasant, especially the lady who makes the breakfasts!! Nothing is too much trouble.😊

If you like a cup of tea in the morning then bring teabags and milk. There were 2 small paper cups, 2 teabags and no milk. That said, it is France. A minor thing.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, the staff was kind and friendly. The location is excellent, close to the beach, close to the bakery, fruit shop and grocery store.
