The location is great and easy of access.

The breakfast is way below the five (or even four) star rating of the hotel. There is no way of opening the gate from inside your vehicle. All clients will have to get out of the car and ring the bell for the security to open the gate from inside. Quite inconvenient when it rains and/or at night.

Villa Genesis is a beautiful building that is maintained, decorated and presented to high standard. Our room was very comfortable, well furnished and spotlessly clean. The variety, presentation and taste of the food at breakfast could not be bettered. All the staff were brilliant, exceptionally helpful and a pleasure to deal with. This was our second visit and we hope to return.

There is nothing to dislike about Villa Genesis. It will be improved with the addition of the restaurant which will open next year.

Very nice hotel. Clean, newly renovated, very quiet and soundproof room. The staff was very helpful, rich breakfast. The only point is that for a room price of 300 Euro/night one would expect at least a chair in the room: In the room, there is only the bed and a very small and narrow cosmetic table without even a small stool. If you want to work you must sit on the bed and move the table to the bed.....

The breakfast was delicious but we do not usually eat much in the morning. For this reason we did not eat at the hotel as the amount we were eating was not worth the standard 28 euro charge.

Our room was a bit in the small side but the incredibly comfortable bed made up for that. I have never slept on such a comfy bed in a hotel before. It was wonderful (and I am so fussy about beds).

The villa is wonderful and the people are very kind. They went out of their way to satisfy all our needs. The common area of the bar/breakfast area is very comfortable and welcoming. The bathroom is modern and very functional. Of course there is no space where one can place their items.

The bedroom is very small. There is hardly any space to move. The balcony helps. However I could not work at the desk.

It is absolutely far above our expectations. Staff is extremaly proffessional but very friendly and polite, and Villa Genesis is far more better than most of 5 star hotel. We travel very often and all around Europe, and this Hotel/Villa is a example of hospitality and comfort at reasonable pricing. Should be listed in top ten places to stay in Europe.

Almost nothing should be changed. Only one small thing is that there are no TV channels in English language , only one some French news. But it is nothing.

Breakfast was good with the variety of different options. The building is lovely and our room was newly decorated. The bed was very comfy. Location could have been a bit better, however there would not be space for such a hotel (with a swimming pool) in the center, and it was only 7 minutes by foot to get to the center. I forgot my charging device and adapter at the hotel and the hotel kindly arranged its delivery to my other hotel in Beaulieu-Sur-Mer where we stayed for the second part of our hols - I was very impressed.

Hotel was amazing, the vibes were impeccable and we were upgraded to a bigger room with a balcony on arrival which was a great surprise. The room was massive and very clean and modern. The staff were very friendly and I would definitely come back here!

It’s about a 15- 20 minute walk to the heart of downtown, which is a bit of a trek in the heat. But I would still stay here again for the quality.

beautiful property. elegant. service top notch. gated so gives you a sense of security and privacy. large marble bathroom and great shower. our room had a big tub but we never had a chance to use it. I noticed immediately how well the room was sound proofed as soon as you walked in. you'd never know anyone else was in the hotel with you. each floor had its own sitting lounge which is a nice design touch.

The hotel was very clean and beautifully decorated. Good location, within fairly short walking distance to some very nice restaurants, and a 15-20 min walk to Menton old town. The staff were very helpful and kindly added some extra touches as we were on our mini-moon after getting married.

The bedroom was rather small, with not much floor space to get around the bed. Also the bed was 2 singles pushed together.
