Lovely property, friendly staff and very comfortable room and beds. Extremely clean. The location is superb. Close to everything, 7 minute walk to the train station, many shops restaurants and boulangerie around. We had a lovely balcony with a mountain and seaview. The soundproofing was great. There's a mini fridge in the room, separate toilet and shower room which is handy for two people! I would hapiy stay here again and again.

It’s a bit harsh to say I didn’t like this because it wouldn’t change my opinion of this hotel, but I would love to see a kettle for tea or Nespresso maker in the room. There’s no breakfast offered, but that was not important to me when there are so many wonderful places nearby. There is a vending machine in the lobby for coffee and another for snacks.

The hotel is in a great position for everything, right in the centre of Menton. The station is a 10 minute walk away, the beach is 5 minutes and the town is on your door step. The rooms are exactly as shown on the website and beautifully clean and include a mini fridge and kettle. Perfect for any traveller. They had just opened the patio for clients breakfasts which I’m sure will be popular.

I liked everything about the hotel but if you have a room at the back of the hotel and expect it to be fairly quiet during the day, it’s not as during term time the school is very loud between 8 & 4pm. Not a problem if you intend to be out of course or don’t mind the noise. Not a problem for me but it might be for some. Having said that the double doors are great for sound proofing if you fancy a lazy morning!

The location is good. Is about 12 min walking distance to downtown area, It is very close to one the best coffee shops "Vanilla Bakery". Also very close to the beach, about3-4 minutes walk. Room are spacious, clean and comfortable. Our room in second floor had a small balcony as well. It is very close to train station (7-8 min walk) which helped us to take the train easily to other cities. Very nice and helpful staff. I emailed before arrival that if we can have an Iron in the room, and when got to the room the iron and iron table was there already.

the hotel is in good location close to train and bus station. and the beach. The room was good size but bed was close to wardrobe. The bed was large and very comfortable. The room was kept very clean. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. They printed of tickets for train after I sent them an email with them on. We had a room with a good size balcony at rear of hotel There is no tea and coffee in room but a kettle and cups provided on request when we booked (we brought our own coffee)

we would have liked a room with a bath but the shower was excellent

Recently renovated hotel. Friendly reception staff. Super clean and fresh rooms. Great shower! Should you wish, the hotel has a car parking garage which you can use at an additional cost of Euro 15 per night.

During our end-April period, the airco system was not operating. The hotel informed that it would be functioning during summer period. Opening the balcony doors cooled the room.

Excellent location overlooking the Jardin bioves with a lovely balcony. Good sized room with excellent bathroom. Near lots of shops and restaurants, really helpful manager on the front desk was super helpful.

A female member of staff at the front desk was smoking in the staff room, not all the time, but on several occasions the lobby was very smelly. I know smoking in France is still seen as acceptable but it was bizarre. No water in the rooms, no tea and coffee replenishment after each night.

I didn't order breakfast (it costs 10 eur, consists of sweets, pastry and coffee and is served only in the room, because the hotel doesn't have dining area). I asked for an electric kettle and it was provided to me the same day. I liked that room was very spacious and clean, furniture - quite fresh, wc and shower- recently renovated. Very comfortable pillows! I also liked that the room had a balcony and different lighting scenarios. The room had a small fridge. Nice view out of the window: to the city park, small fountain, casino and the Mediterranean see behind it. :)

Mattress cover gave to the bad thad plastic feeling, although mattrass itself was quite comfortable. Also during the summer period beware of mosquitoes: after having a snack and evening tee on the balcony, my legs were covered with their bite spots. Hotel could have warned me about mosquitoes, I guess. Price is quite high for a 3 star hotel, without breakfast and located further from historic city center.

The room looked tiny in the photos so we were surprised to find a spacious room and bathroom. The beds were also very comfy and the staff were friendly. You can also leave your luggage there before and after checkout. The hotel was also clean and in a great location.

Not sure if it’s next a school, but it could get a bit noisy on some mornings

Wonderful staff at reception! Very helpful and friendly. Room quite large, modern bathroom. Our location faced onto a beautiful garden! Excellent restaurants and beach nearby. Walk to the train station. Soundproof sliding doors with electric shade and closure. Parking onsite!
