The hotel was perfectly situated for the purpose of our visit which was to attend the Rolex Masters Tennis event as this was within easy walking distance. The garden is great to sit outside for breakfast and in the evening. The views from the back over the sea and beach are lovely. The rooms were very clean and well-equipped as are the bathrooms. It is a nice size hotel - small with a good atmosphere. For us the staff were excellent - so friendly and helpful.

It isn't the hotel's fault as to its position but the road was noisy and there are no facilities nearby such as places to eat, supermarkets etc. and the public transport finishes early if using to go out to eat in the evening. Breakfast was a little expensive - perhaps a bit more choice in terms of fruit.

It is hard to find parking in the area. We found a parking spot in front of the hotel, so we left the car there and took the bus to Monaco. It was the best way to move around without the stress of finding parking again. It would have been nice to have access to a fridge to place a bottle of wine or cool drinks, and also a bottle opener.

Fantastic location with parking. Location is very close to the entry to Monaco, we walked down which took about 15mins. Great garden area with spectacular views. Order in food with delivery, eat in the garden. Amazing staff, Lucia went above and beyond 5 star service. Thank you.

The view was exaclly what we wanted, and it was just as advertised on the pictures. The place was perfectly located. We wanted a place close enought to Monaco. We took the bus and also walked a bit more Monaco back to the hotel.

We were lucky to get one of the parking spots infront of the hotel, but since there are a few spots (5 I think), we decided to keep the car there and use the bus to get around. This could be an inconvenience for some.

We walked into our room and had the most breathtaking view of the coast and sea! It really was spectacular. The staff were so friendly and the location just perfect! The bathroom was generous! We just loved it! Our window opened up so we felt we were part of the sea!

Not that we didn’t like it, but it would have been nice to have a fridge and tea and coffee facilities. The staff were so friendly and put a bottle of champagne in their fridge and we had access so it was a great solution!

Wonderful location. A bus ride to Monaco. A walk to the station. Above path around the Cap Martin. A friendly out of season beach with pretty pebbles. The night happened to be filled with moon and we slept with curtains open enjoying the changing light over the sea. The breakfast was very simple but just right.

With a heavy suitcase you have a staircase, but this is a property built on a hillside.

Small and very cozy hotel with a awsome view of the coast and the sea. The terrasse/garden with flowers around is great. Very nice place to have breakfast and start the day. Beach is about 15 min walk from the hotel.

From the hotel we had a great view of the sea. But there are no restaurants or supermarkets close to the hotel. The closest restaurant is almost in Monaco and about a 20 min walk. The fridge in the room was not turned on and hot. I was not able to cool my drinks.

The room upgrade was a very beautiful surprise. The hotel is close to the Monte Carlo Tennis Club. I was traveling for the tennis tournament so it was super easy to get to. The staff were really friendly and polite. The room was clean and had the best view! I definitely do recommend it.

Host was very nice and hopeful. Prepared everything. Nice view of ocean and garden was almagnificient. Only downside was the narrow stairs going to our room. Very compact stairs like there streets. Nice view... Parking: easy to park but ask to reserve.

The property is really nice, especially the little garden where you can take the breakfast or just enjoy the view. The rooms are nice and comfortable and really really tidy
