Very friendly and extremely helpful in providing a wonderful apartment with space, facilities, views and character. Marble staircase from the fragrant garden reception area up to our 1st floor apartment and cool air conditioning was very welcome too. Superb sandy beach with showers is only a 5 minutes walk. Spectacular views of bay and L'Esteral. Beach restaurants and central venues are all very close within 10 or 15 minutes walk through the famous pine trees.

Difficult to find any faults that could ever spoil our holiday

The room is very spacious, it has a living room and kitchen, the air condition works very well! And it really closes to the beach ！There are many shops around, making shopping and eating very convenient。

Even there is a full kitchen with coffee machine, but unfortunately, they didn't provide any coffee, this is a bit of a shame considering the high price(maybe it was summer, so it's higher than usual). Additionally, the door of the tub is not good , water leaks into the bathroom, if they replace it with a shower curtain, it would be better

We spent two nights in a pleasant, well-located apartment. The apartment is tastefully furnished with a comfortable bed. The hosts are friendly and accommodating. The area is quiet, near the beach and a beautiful park, in the continuation of which there is a large number of restaurants, shops and a large supermarket.

Advice to the owner: Needs renovation. The kitchen does not have the necessary dishes, if there are any, they are old and damaged. There is a coffee machine but no welcome coffee or tea.

Extremely comfortable bed plus choice of pillows which was excellent. Added advantage for me was once the shutters were closed the bedroom was pitch dark, fantastic. Comfortable little studio for 1 or 2 people (room 33). Owner was great & helpful. They could possibly add a hand & foot towel plus a tea towel for the kitchen but otherwise I had an excellent couple of nights here, must be wonderful during the summer & shoulder season

Very friendly welcome in a wonderful location very close to sandy beach, Jardin de la Pinède and Juan Les Pins centre in a traditional Belle-Epoch villa. Good fridge and kitchen facilities for snacking & refreshments. .

Room was a bit small but modular design meant we could move bed and table to suit daytime lounge usage. We only booked 2 nights to try out the location.. We will book extra nights there in future.

Basic but great for the purpose of our trip - we wanted somewhere simple and affordable next to the beach. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Anything we needed was no trouble, he was very approachable. Cannot emphasise enough how good the location was. One minute and you’re on the beach! Also there are parking spots just outside - ideal for those with rentals. We wanted to drive to Antibes which was very easy from this place. Definitely going back!

Location, size of apartment.

Poor amenities, 3 spoons only for example, not a coffee machine for an apartment like this and for that price, no wine glasses etc. Michael, the owner, provided those after we asked. But one can expect these to be a standard.

Great location. Nice outlook to water. Every necessity ie restaurants railway station shops supermarket accessible through a tree lined park. Parking reasonably easy in the streets. Good size rooms.

Took a long time for hot water to come through but hot once it did.

Great price/quality ratio. A comfortable villa well located in 4 min walk from the seaside) A very friendly and welcoming host.

Bear in mind that in one bedroom there is no air conditioning

The property was accurately advertised and located in an upscale and secure area, with convenient access to the town, beach, and trendy restaurants. As a family of four including two children, we appreciated the owner's understanding of our needs, allowing for an early check-in and late check-out due to a cancelled flight. Overall, we rate our experience a perfect ten.
