Location is good. Breakfast is plentiful. Staff are friendly

Think there are a few teething problems - since it’s relatively new. Housekeeping a bit hit and miss. When you pay for a 5* hotel, it should be spot on. On arrival, one bottle of water in room - no fruit or sweet treats, like other hotels - even though there was a card in the room saying that there should have been some there! One evening, when beds turned down , only one large towel left. Terrace outside not cleaned….

Amazing place , very tidy, clean , very modern and high tech.

Every single thing was excellent

Location was excellent, shops restaurants and sightseeing all nearby, loads of variety. View from the restaurant at breakfast was fabulous. Weather was just amazing sunshine everyday Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Would of liked a better selection of fruit at the breakfast bar, cups with handles. Our shower leaked badly 😩. We didn't receive the same standard of housekeeping every day. Bed rolled back one evening and mats either side of bed, none the following 2 evenings. Left us with only one hand towel and no mat at the sink in bathroom, was there first 2days but not the last 2 days.

The views from the terrace, the hotel's location, its interior, and the concierge were simply fantastic. Also, the beds were comfy and helped us rest well.

- Breakfast orders always took exceptionally longer to be served. (~30 mins for a 10-minute boiled egg, ~20 mins for a cup of americano) - We waited ~45 minutes to check in despite having arrived after 3pm. The hotel offered us some drinks and a room upgrade as an apology. - The new, sea-facing room had balcony lights that automatically turned on, which we couldn't switch off (and it appeared from outside that all rooms had the same issue and style choice). Thanks to thick curtains, we weren't bothered by these too much, but it was still annoying. - Overall, I don't think the value for money was there.

The Location is excellent. The hotel is brand new, everything smells new and fresh. Rooms are very clean. i love the bed and pillows. Very comfy. Bathrooms spacious and luxurious. I like the Toto WC. The rooms are very spacious. The terrace on the 6th floor has amazing views of the beach and the town. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and high end fashion boutiques are open in the ground floor of the hotel. My only regret I did not have enough time to try the spa facilities but will surely visit again the hotel and try the spa.

Absolutely outstanding location! Staff super professional and always ready to serve with wonderful cheerful attitude. Rooms were huge and bed was so comfortable with the most amazing views to the Promenade des Anglais. Walking distance to one of my favorite restaurants in the area Felix, also Galeries Lafayette really close. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel! A real gem in Nice will definitely be back 💕💕

Everything was outstanding

The hotel is just great: Everything is new (the hotel was opened in December 2024), the service provided by all staff members is amazing (lobby, concierge, valet parking, waiters) and the spa facilities are really nice (indoor pool, jacuzzi, steam room / hammam, sauna). They were also very generous to allow to check out very late. Also the location is really good.

Some prices are a bit high, in my opinion (for example: €42 for breakfast)

- tv was great - professional staff - fast room service - food generally was delicious - the room was perfect (junior suite) - security of the card elevators is tremendous - the location is the best you can ask for - lobby is nice - concierge were helpful - had an issues with the rooms phone and it was exchanged immediately - overall an excellent and hospitable service

- the sofa’s location could’ve been better - French fries was ok

The location was perfect and the room was lovely. There were some small issues with housekeeping, for example, the towels were taken away and not replaced. Also, if you wanted coffee pods on subsequent days you had to request them. The mini bar was not replenished either. Small details but still!

Still relatively new hotel, so one or 2 minor door knob issues but nothing major that weren't easily resolved!
