Wonderful stay! The location is excellent — not far from the sea and next to a small, pleasant park. The staff were absolutely fantastic — very attentive, welcoming, and made us feel like valued guests. They were especially kind to our child, often chatting and interacting with them, which was really heartwarming. The hotel itself is beautiful, located in a stunning historic building with stylish, elegant interiors. We especially loved the charming vintage elevator — it's quite small (a bit tricky with a stroller), but so unique and full of character. Breakfasts were excellent, and the food overall was delicious.

The only downside was that there was some renovation work going on along the nearby promenade/beach area — but of course, that’s not the hotel’s fault.

We love JUANA Hotel and it's not first time that we stay in it. Amazing place in the heart of Antibes with the very charming historical ambiance, lovely old architecture and real sparkling Cote dÁzur vibes! I love the staff here, which is so helpful, that you always feel like home. Especially, Roland, who magically can book any place for you in French Riviera, which is not possible to book in the high season! We're thankful with my little son for the warmth and hospitality to the team!

All was great, nothing to improve.

The only odd thing in was tiny lift with awful door system,

Location was perfect. Rediculous however, to have to pay €130 to use sun lounges on the concrete slab they call a beach at the sister hotel The Belle Rive!

I hated how I had to waste water in the shower for about 7 minutes, before the water warmed up. Also, there was no protective glass over the bath/ shower area, so the floors are an issue and until someone actually slips and injures themselves, my guess is that it will continue without a shield.

Extensive for what offer The breakfast poor..... The personal slow...... And in the evening close the terase very early. It is not normal for the customer of the hotel. And we don't have balcony.....the terase close,so.......

The hotel is located close to the center of Juan Les Pins, in a quiet area and with easy walking to Juan Les Pins railway station. The staff were extremely professional and friendly and certainly enhanced your stay. The hotel also has a sister hotel, Belle Rives, just 5 minutes walk away, which is on the beach with bars and restaurants, that can be used.

Nothing at all.

Having left another hotel in the area because it was so awful, the Juana was a welcome haven. The staff were wonderful and always on hand to help, the restaurant Paseo attached to the hotel was great, the food was lovely and varied and cocktails were excellent. Sitting outside in the garden with the backdrop of the iconic looking building felt exclusive and opulent. We had a standard room, which seemed bigger than the photos and had a lovely bathroom. I would love to stay in the Juana again.

There were things missing compared to other 5-star hotels, like not having tea/coffee making facilities and maybe a little finesse in places, which is such a shame. The Sauna and massage room weren’t very luxurious. However, the prices aren’t 5-star either, so you get what you pay for and it’s still well worth the stay.

Stunning property, recently renovated right in the heart of the action. Guests have access to the sister hotel the famous Belle Rive Hotel which has a beach club & is right in the water. The hotel is 2min to many beach clubs, restaurants & shops & would highly recommend.

We love the fantastic staff and faded elegance of Hotel Juana. It is a short stroll to the shops, beach and restaurants. The rooms are a generous size and the views across the sea from the top floor are beautiful.

I would have given it a 10 but I knocked off a point as the rooms could do with a revamp now and I would like a choice of a hot breakfast rather then just continental.
