The staff were helpful and the breakfast was fresh. The room was clean and met expectations. Reception was very knowledgeable about the local area.

The ad said there was access to a private beach. Would have been helpful to know access is not free and not exclusively for Helios guests (for people visiting for the first time).

The reception staff at the Helios are outstanding!. A special thanks to Florence, Patricia, Manon, and Patrick who are all helpful, friendly, professional, and efficient. The staff went out of their way to make our stay at the Helios comfortable and memorable. Florence and Patricia arranged for drivers to transport us back and forth from the airport. The staff is also knowleable about interesting places to see in the area. This is our 3rd stay at the Helios, we enjoyed our 15 day stay so much that we are planning to return next year.

Breakfast was disappointing because there were no eggs, bacon or hashbrowns. Hence, we all thought it was expensive when we brought this to the attention at the reception, they did compensate a little bit for the breakfast because of the lack of hot food

Housekeeping was adequate. I happen to be in the room while the lady was cleaning and noticed that mugs and glasses were just rinsed and put back. Sometimes our sugar and tea was not replaced and couple of times. Our towel in the toilet was not replaced and had to ask for these items. The dryer in room 508 was not working very well only had one speed and was very weak

Our rooms were sea facing and located on the top floor with large balconies to enjoy the view! The rooms were spacious and well decorated, and I liked the large closets with plenty of hangers. The hotel was located one block from the beach boulevard.

I'm a light sleeper - despite thick, double paned sliding glass doors to balcony, street noise from vespas and motorcycles woke me in the middle of the night.

Loved the location. Couldn’t have been better. Beds were super comfy and air con very efficient. Breakfast was all very tasty - some hot foods, lovely muesli and a nice selection of pastries. Staff always very pleasant, helpful and friendly.

Hot food could be a bit cold at times - on a couple of occasions the dishes were empty and not refilled. Other than that we enjoyed it. For us, the lack of outdoor space was an issue. Small balcony didn’t get much sun. There was an outdoor area which is attached to the conference room which lay empty the whole 6 days we were there. Not sure why that couldn’t be used. I know there are sun beds on the beach but they are pretty expensive.

My room had been refurbished and was of a very high standard with sea views. The TV did not have English channnels which was disappointing and the wifi was unprotected. The breakfast was good and the staff in the hotel were friendly.

The Location was superb: 2 blocks from the train station and 1 1/2 blocks from the beach. There were many restaurants available within very easy walking distance. The desk staff was welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! A big thanks to the exceptional front desk staff: expecially Florence, Patrick and Simon for making our stay so great! The cleaning staff also did a superior job in our room. The breakfast pastries were fresh and delicious.

We would appreciate having the balcony and the balcony furniture cleaned.

I hate the staff that work there , they are all not helpful at all so rude and specially the woman called Patricia , she is un professional and don’t care about the guest she only wants to finish her job and don’t care about your experience

The location of the hotel was perfect with easy access to the beach and central restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times and I felt safe,being a solo traveller. I also found the huge illuminated sign on top of the hotel very useful, when trying to find my way back in the dark...!! The room was lovely with very nice colour furnishings and a great mini bar stocked with a huge selection of drinks. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to one day staying there again.

Breakfast can be improved, as well as the coffee offer in the rooms (nesacafe is not really the best for a 4 star hotel). The rooms are quite big, and it is set in a very good position from which one easily and quickly reaches both the sea and the pedestrian area full of restaurants and small shops.
