I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel with my daughter! The wonderful staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The great location was a major highlight—right in the city center, 10 minutes walk from the beach, just a short walk from the train station, and surrounded by good restaurants, which made exploring the area super convenient. The room was relatively small and lacked closets, which might be a drawback for longer stays or if you have a lot of luggage. However, considering the amenities and location, it offered good value for money. I'd definitely recommend it for short stays or city breaks! Special thanks to whole team, Clarisse, Ada, Louison, Tom, Tanguy, Mohammed and Axelle that made our stay very pleasant!

We were very pleased with our stay. The location is a major highlight; its proximity to the city center and train station makes it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and day trips. The staff's exceptional service was another standout. They were not only friendly but also so responsive. When we mentioned a window insulation issue, they resolved it swiftly while we were out, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. Their insightful travel recommendations were also a valuable bonus. The breakfast offered a good selection, and the coffee was surprisingly excellent for the minimal cost. Finally, the hotel's location is ideal for daily needs, with supermarkets and various shops within easy reach. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

here's potential for improvement with the window insulation. However, it's reassuring to know the hotel owner is actively considering options to better isolate the rooms and provide a more comfortable stay.

+ The location was amazing – we could walk everywhere! + We especially loved the café right underneath the hotel: sunny spot, beautiful view of the church, and really good drinks (matcha, chai latte, cappuccino) and croissants – we enjoyed it every day! :D + The staff were super helpful and friendly. They helped us reserve a table at a restaurant, which turned out to be one of our favourite dinners of the whole trip.

The water pressure in the shower was a bit too low. The rooms were also a little bit noisy. But honestly, that's just nitpicking – we had a fantastic stay overall.

Very good location with friendly staff. Air conditioning unit is on the wall and works well for heating and cooling as you wish. There is a cafe next to the hotel that looks out on the cathedral. You can have your breakfast there or in your room for a discount. All members of the staff were friendly. Cafe, front desk, housekeeping, you name it. They all also spoke good English. The hotel is around the corner from the train station, the cathedral, and the main shopping street of Nice.

The rooms are not soundproofed at all so you can hear people in other rooms cough, sneeze, conversations, go to the bathroom or things they do in the bed.

The staff were really lovely, friendly and helpful. It was very nice of them to always reply to my questions on WhatsApp, and they also gave directions for exploring nearby towns. I also liked being able to get a free drink from the cafe when not using the cleaning service. It was also really nice of them to have a special Christmas breakfast for the same price. The hotel is in a prime location, very easy to get to from the Nice airport, near to the tram station, and the main train station in Nice. I thought it might be a bit loud, but the room I was in was nice and quiet.

It was mostly great, sometimes the room was a little bit cold and the shower water pressure wasn’t too strong at times - but on the whole it was really good. Great value for money. The WiFi was a bit patchy at times.

This hotel takes care of all the little details (filtered water, pillow menu, coffee at the cafe in lieu of a daily cleaning, tour options, a beach towel…). The staff are very helpful and friendly and the communications pre and during your stay are great, loved the use of WhatsApp. The room (superior) was small but cute and comfortable. Breakfast is lovely at their cafe which also seems popular with locals, you are just off a great shopping street which also connects you to all the sights, you can walk everywhere or jump on the train or tram. Highly recommended

Room might have felt tight for two people

Every staff person tried to be helpful, but not always successfully.

Wifi did not work on fifth floor (525). Was given a series of dongles, battery empty in some, finally a fourth one with charging cable. But even with it, wifi in room was totally unreliable (my wifi needs are very modest). Heating: outside was cold and wet. Remote control for heater did not work. Staff had to investigate and finally found what was wrong and fixed it. Altogether wasted too much of my time and comfort on wifi and heater hangups to merit best rating.

The property is centrally located and really cute! The staff was incredibly nice and so helpful! The cafe and breakfast add-on was nice on the day that I opted to use it. The Nice-Ville train station is a 5 min walk away and the Monoprix grocery store was also close and nice to have nearby. The WiFi in my room was a little spotty on the 5th floor, but the front desk has free pocket WiFi hotspots available and I appreciated being able to borrow it for going out (and for my room).

The WiFi was less than stellar, but everything else was comfortable and nice!

The location of the hotel is just great - literally on the main street, the staff were very helpful, there is a nespresso coffee machine in the room so that you can make yourself good coffee, the room is cleaned daily, wifi was great. Even a birthday gift was given to us by the hotel. Free croissants or fruit are available at the reception. Локацијата на хотелот е едноставно одлична - буквално на главната улица, персоналот беше многу услужлив, во собата има машина за кафе неспресо за да можете да си направите добро кафе, собата се чисти секојдневно, безжичниот интернет беше одличен. Дури и роденденски подарок ни подарија од хотелот. На рецепцијата се достапни бесплатни кроасани или овошје.

The second bed had a bad mattress and the room is small Вториот кревет имаше лош душек и собата беше мала.

The comfortability of the room as well as the views, have always received the kindest and heartwarming service from the staff. The views are also just dreamy

Their walls aren’t sound proof so we could hear the screaming kids that didn’t want to go to sleep until 12am and then they were awake again at 6am so a little frustrating but nothing for me to be mad about towards the hotel, maybe just a suggestion to moving forward in renovations is to look at installing some sort of sound proofing
