The property should really be classed as a 4-star hotel. It is a chic and sophisticated boutique hotel with caring and thoughtful proprietors. The rooms were spotless with comfortable beds and automated draw-down blinds on the windows which meant a sound night's sleep. Breakfast was a generous Continental one. The breakfast patio was gorgeous - every attempt was made to create atmosphere is the relatively small space. It had a lush, almost tropical feel to it. Location-wise, the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to both the Old Town (15-20 min walk) and the Juan Le Pins area (10-12 min walk) where the train station is. All the beaches are easily accessible on both sides. Cap d'Antibes is also a stone's throw away. There are restaurants within easy reach in all directions. Staff were super helpful on all accounts. They made us feel very welcome and accommodated us with respect to having our 3 rooms situated closely together and on the 1st floor, which was a blessing with 2 young kids. They even accommodated our 2am arrival! Great communication from the start and throughout.

The staff were so welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us , the location was perfect and the room lovely too. We will definitely come back here and stay as it’s so close to both Antibes and Juan le Pins. It’s great to just park up the car and leave it there for the duration of the stay as you can walk everywhere. Great restaurants nearby and free parking right outside the hotel. It’s a 10 out of 10 for us:)!

Very nice cosy hotel, ideally situated just between Juan Les Pins and Vieil Antibes. The owners are very friendly and they try to make you feel at home, giving you instructions, etc. The main room, although nothing special, it is quite comfortable. The hotel has a very nice yard where you can sit and relax.

Generally speaking the hotel is a bit overpriced for what it offers, this applies also to breakfast which is very very basic. The rooms are not sound proof and you can practically hear any noise from the room next door. Finally the bathroom is extremely small, you have to turn in order to pass ...

Hosts were perfect and so friendly, staff were also very helpful and friendly. The hotel is situated in a gorgeous, residential street, 5 mins from one of the beaches in Antibes. We didn’t have breakfast in the property, however we found a little coffee shop with croissants etc opp beach. Room was small but adequate for our stay of four days. The room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Nothing negative to say. We had a lovely stay and would definitely return.

It was the perfect spot to enjoy both Antibes and Juan-les-Pins. It was clean, comfortable and the best staff. Easy to find parking too.

I wish they had a different breakfast offering with more protein and less sugar. We ended up eating in our room most mornings instead.

Cozy hotel with high service and perfect location! Hotel with a family feel! Good breakfast in the cozy courtyard. Walking distance to several beaches and many restaurants. Fantastic staff who are always helpful! Will be back!!

We thought the location was excellent, halfway between Antibes and Juan-Les-Pins and both within walking distance. Room was small but nice and practical. Very friendly staff.

Traffic can be noisy if your room is towards the road.

The hotel is comfortable, clean, in a very convenient location. The atmosphere is lovely with a nice seating area out front for drinks etc and a roof terrace. The owners are very friendly and helpful indeed.

Loved the hosts … very friendly and helpful . Rooms small but had everything we needed . Loved the bread/ croissants for breakfast . Location convenient . walking distance from Antibes Town Centre/ Beach and Juan Les Pins . Felt very comfortable there . Have recommended it to others since . Reasonably priced base for touring Côte d’Azur . Safe free parking in front of hotel on street .

Would have liked some protein at breakfast .. like ham and hard boiled eggs ( don’t like cheese) . Didn’t need so many pastries .

the solarium was really nice, the staff was very welcoming and helpful and the outside eating area was comfortable.

the hotel is on a steep hill and around 10 min walk to any shop.
