The atmosphere in this little gem is just amazing. You feel like you are visting family or friends. The house is so beautiful and original, so french. The breakfast is simple but really nice. You get fresh croissants, baguette and cheese, sausages, jam, coffee and tea. In general the hotel is perfect for couples, we would say. We had such a lovely time there.

As everything at the Côte d'Azur-region, it's not cheap. That you have to know, when you want to spend your holidays there.

We stayed here back in early June with family. The hotel was like a little oasis, full of beautiful trees and a really wonderful authentic French vibe. The owners were so friendly, which made a huge difference to our stay. It really felt like staying at a family run place, the hospitality was honestly 10/10. Thank you for being so so kind to us. Beautiful breakfast as well!

Rooms are a little bit small but we didn’t mind. It fit the vibe of the place generally!

Great location, a charming place that gives you a feeling of being chilled in a town that can get very busy in the centre. Super close to the beach and an easy walk from the station. If you don't want to walk 20min there is a bus connection, which will also take you across the peninsular to Juan les pins or other beaches. Very good restaurants close by.

This B&B is nicely tucked away from the main roads, but remains central in location to be able to explore Antibes. The hosts were both lovely and informative, recommending a restaurant where we had one of the best meals during our stay in the South of France (thank you!). The hotel & B&B definitely has boutique vibes and the decor and furnishings reflect this. It was clean and enough towels were provided for our stay. A lot of effort has clearly gone into the upkeep and comfort of the garden area, providing a lovely place to relax and read or before going out for dinner.

My only criticism is that our room and en-suite were very small, and parking was an additional cost despite ample space to park on-site. Other than that, everything was great.

The property is gorgeous, so classic country French 😍. I liked that is was on the south side of town, just outside of the old city centre so I was able to walk the coast to get to most destinations. It was tucked away and quiet. The breakfast was very nice too.

My room didn’t seem to have a safety lock box for valuables even though it’s listed on the features.

This quaint little villa was such a special and unique place for a stay in Antibes. The hosts were fabulous, accommodating and kind. The location cannot be beat. It’s a ten minute walk into old Anitbes and five minutes to a beautiful beach. We will definitely come back again!

This is a great hotel with a wonderful garden and within walking distance to the beaches. The room was very comfortable and well designed. The breakfast in the garden was nice each day. They owners were friendly and helpful. We were able to rent bicycles and borrow items to use at the beach. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Bathroom is quite tiny, so be aware if you are a larger person.

we just loved Le Ponteil! lovely welcome with wine and olives on our own terrace, beautiful property with the most lovely hosts. a moments walk from everything, beach, restaurants, train and bus stations. fabulous breakfast! I’m trying to recreate martins granola but it won’t be as good as his! highly recommend this lovely hotel. do stay for breakfast, it’s magical!

The outside garden and lounge area are so peaceful and a wonder place to unwind. breakfast is nice and a great price. They rent bikes and snorkeling gear super readable. really everything you need. it is close by all the action but tucked away on a quiet side street so you can return to peace. And the host goes out of his way always!
