The room for a family of five was big - then again, we were not that many. Had issue with clogged shower drain on our first night, but they fixed it the following day. The kitchen has all the equipment you need for making dinner and / or eating at home. There's an Italian restaurant right opposite the main entrance where you can order take away. Unfortunately, you need to buy / bring your own food oil. The air conditions work fine and there is constantly hot water in the bathroom. The swimming pool is awesome, kids and adults will love it - water is slightly warmed up though still not enough for babies. There's an underground parking, making it the perfect hotel for travelers by car. The room for five people is a double bed and two couch beds and a single extra bed. The mattresses were a bit hard but fine for us. They do have a late check-in procedure so don't feel obliged to arrive at a specific time - you should notify them in advance though.

They only give you soap, shampoo, toilet paper that can last maybe 1-3 days depending on your usage and number of people. For longer stay you need to buy or bring your own items. There's Carrefour City close by. Personally I think for the price per night it's rather cheap by the hotel not to provide these basic amenities for longer stays - room cleaning isn't included either.

Great location very close to the heart of Antibes with secure parking below if you travel by car. Very friendly staff from maintenance, cleaning personnel and reception, especially Xandra was very welcoming and helpful. Fantastic Italian restaurant right opposite the premises

The pool is great but has running water splashing into the smaller pools 24/7 which at times you wish it would stop for tranquility reasons, but you do get used to it.

Location was good, easy walk to lots of restaurants and food options. Parking was available at an extra cost but easy to access. Bed was comfortable Our room had a nice view of the Fort

The room was not set up for the amount of guests for the booking. We had to set up the extra beds ourselves. Street noise was quite loud, even with windows closed. We couldn't sit out on our balcony due to cigarette smoke from other balconies

Lovely complex with nice, peaceful pool area (no bars or loud music thankfully!). Located very close to train station and old town, as well as beach, shops etc. Apartment itself was well equipped with all we needed, including a good range of kitchen equipment. Comfortable sofa and outside area for sitting out for a meal or drink. Air conditioning worked well and was a life-saver at night time.

Our only complaint was that there was not sufficient toilet roll and bin bags to last for the duration of our stay. Only a little bar of soap was provided for washing. So we had to go to the shop to buy toilet roll, bin bags and shower gel. Considering how inexpensive these items are and considering what we paid for our accommodation, we felt that they should have been provided.

Fantastic location, very welcoming staff, clean and comfortable apartment with useful kitchen cleaning goods. Beds were really comfortable.

We had a 5 day stay and 1 change of towels would have been good. I did not like the water foot baths entering the pool. They seemed pointless.

The location is perfect ! The apartments are modern and well equipped. The 2 swimming pools are a massive benefit. Underground parking also is a great feature. On top of this the staff are very friendly and always happy to help. I've stayed here for several years now and will continue to.

Location for us was good as near station, old Antibes, beaches, fort & museums . Property had everything we needed, good balcony with view of pool and also harbour and mountains beyond,

Reception only open limited hours though very helpful & did have easy access luggage store (but this wasn’t managed by staff- self service)

Very friendly and helpful receptionist, the room was ready ahead of time, there was a washing machine in the building (including detergent) for 5 euros. In addition, there were several pools for different ages, the room was big and the hotel itself is in an excellent location, just 3 minutes from a boulevard of shops, supermarket and bakeries.

A shelf in the fridge was a bit broken...they couldn't fix it so they brought us a new fridge to the room (amazing!)

Great location, great facilities

Jacuzzi tiling needs repair . Also paint coming off inside of pool, marked our swimwear and other guests too. Told it was suncream and would wash off. It’s oil based paint!

The apartment was so big and clean. The kitchen facilities were fantastic. It was so great to have the space for our 10 night stay. The location we also perfect, we were right in the centre of everything!

It was a bit expensive but we did book late. It was also worth it I would say.
