It is a great budget hote with adequate size rooms with ac, minibar and elevator. Staff is helpful.Location is great. 5 min walk from the main station and from Port and old town. We hd lovely omette/bread and butter, coffee, juice from the Cafe Brasserie right across the hotel. Supermkt in 3 min walk and chemist opposite. It's a no frill hotel and for that low price, it's value for money

No 2nd luggage rack when there are 2 people in a room. No shelf to put toiletries in the bathroom. The light in bathroom was very dim

The hotel is in an excellent location between the train station and the old town with the restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had rented a car which need parking for one night. I tried to rent a smaller car, but received a larger one. The receptionist thought that I would have difficulty parking it in the under ground parking, so allowed me to park it on the street in front of the hotel for the night. The breakfast was just yogurt and rolls, but very adequate. The rooms were basic but clean.

*The housekeeping staff and front desk employees are very helpful and friendly. *The room has air conditioning.

*The bathroom door isn't fully enclosed, so the floor mat easily gets soaked. *The room and bathroom doors are somewhat old, and closing them tightly can be quite loud. The soundproofing is average, so sometimes you can hear what the neighbors are doing, or people might slam their doors loudly even at 12:30 AM.

Quiet hotel with just a handful of rooms on each floor so not a lot of noise from other guests moving around. The staff were all friendly and always welcoming as we came and went each day. The location is fabulous being only 5 minutes walk from the train station and a 10 minute walk from the streets where there is a choice of restaurants.

Amazing location (just a few minutes from the train station), nonstop reception, very nice and friendly staff and the room was perfectly clean and big enough! There is also a supermarket nearby and some cafés and restaurants.

I could hear a lot of noises from the hallway and opening/closing doors from the other rooms, I recommend sleeping with ear plugs. Also, the windows from my room were towards the street and it can get a bit noisy as well because of the traffic from time to time.

Located centrally in Antibes - a very short distance from the train station, beach and many shops. If you want to visit the Côte d'Azur, this is a perfect, inexpensive option. You can roll out of bed and be on the train somewhere in about 15 minutes at most. Very kind, helpful staff. I would absolutely come back.

Situated very centrally but quite busy area. Short walk to the marina with fantastic yachts and old town buzzing with bars and restaurants. Room was a good size and very clean, bathroom was very modern, we booked a room for persons of reduced mobility and it was easy to move around in the bathroom with a seat and hand-hold in the large floor level shower, however, the small change in height between carpet and tiles made it difficult to enter in a wheelchair, as the small front wheels turn sideways when they hit the lip- but we managed! Attentive reception assisted with getting our mobility scooter in and out of the hotel- but I think they need to invest in a ramp that can be laid down when required for easier access. The garage parking is nearly opposite the hotel and is -2 levels underground. This car park is a nightmare to get in and out of as it is so steep and narrow.I recommend that anyone using the car park asks the reception to arrange to park and collect your car- we tried ourselves and scratched the whole side of our car and trashed the right wing mirror getting the car back out. It is handy to have parking in such a busy area as all curb parking is paying too, but please don’t try and park in this car park yourself! The reception would be happy to do this for you if you ask. Breakfast was very well serviced with attentive staff bringing drinks and baskets of croissants and rolls etc to your table. The bed was incredibly comfortable and linen very smooth. There is a lift and the whole place is very clean and well run.

As this hotel has rooms for persons of reduced mobility, a ramp should be provided to get into the hotel. Smoothing out the change in floor heights between bedroom and bathroom would be advantageous as described. Garage is not suitable for customers to park them selves, ask the reception as described above.

location was good and the staff were friendly

room doesn't have any humidifier and heater works non stop, my nose bleed in the morning because of lack of humidity in the room. To go inside at night you need to have a card for the outside door, I did got stuck for a while cause card wasn't working but a night worker came and opened it,so it was good.

Breakfast was not included so maybe next time we should book it. The hotel was 10 mins walk from the railway station, once we found a local family to help us. The room was small but clean & tidy. The reception staff were very helpful.

A sea view may have been nice but probably more expensive.

Awesome location. Very close walk to the train station and into the center of old town. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room is very spacious and great AC. One thing to note is the hotel is quite out-dated and does not feel as clean as others we have stayed in.
