Love the neighborhood. Great breakfast selection. Loved the on-site dogs, Enjoyed the backroom with the comfy seats for having coffee or aperitif. Staff quite patient with my French which I am trying to learn. WiFi was very good and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitwly stay here again.

Wish for brighter light in the room. I often couldn't see what was in the armoire and I was not able to read very well with the bedside lamps. Also, I wished for a coffeemaker in the room. I wished for two soaps--one for shower and one for sink.

The apartment was very well placed, overlooking one of the main squares in the old town of Antibes. It is only 10 minutes walk from the main station with excellent connections to the other towns and cities along the riviera - eg. we visited Nice, Manaco, Grasse and Eze. This area has lots of character and is largely traffic free. It was a lively area with several restaurants and cafes extending into the square, yet the noise did not persist beyond 10.30 (ish) in the evening. The staff all spoke English (and many other languages) and were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast provided was very good and set us up for the day ahead. The apartment is small but comfortable for two people. The bed, shower, kitchen area and air conditioning were all good and the small balcony overlooking the square was a real bonus, and we spent a number of evenings sitting up there watching the comings and goings below with drinks and food purchased from any of the several supermarkets nearby.

Some of the crockery was showing signs of wear with a number of chips, but it was otherwise clean and useable. The stairs up to the apartment on the first floor were rather uneven, but were OK if navigated with a bit of care. The setting up of the tables and chairs in the square started very early each morning but we found the use of the air conditioning overnight masked the noise very well so it didn't disturb us.

This is a lovely small hotel in a great location in Antibes. Cleanliness was excellent and there is a small lift which is useful for luggage. The rooms are nicely decorated (they are better than they look in the photos) and the reception and housekeeping staff were very polite. Check in and check out were very smooth and the man on reception kindly ordered us a good taxi to the airport.

The only downsides were that the bar staff weren't very friendly and the square was quite loud on one of the three nights we stayed. The noise wasn't an issue for the other nights though, and it was easy to cancel out with earplugs.

I only stayed for one night as I'm traveling on a tight schedule, but this is a place I would LOVE to stay in for a longer time. It is located very close to both the beach and the train station. By bus you can get to the cap of Antibes in around 15 minutes, and if you're into hiking, I definitely recommend Le Sentier du Littoral. My room had a huge bed with more than four plush pillows, a small balcony with a lovely view, and the shower was also very good. The room was clean. The staff was very friendly. An amazing breakfast was included in the price and it made this stay unforgettable. Thank you!

The hotel is located right in the city centre - 10 mins to the train station, 5-10 mins to the beach and the cafes/restaurants. The breakfast was a buffet with pastries and bread, cheese and hams, boiled eggs, muesli with milk or yoghurt, and fruits.

It would be nice to have some vegetables for breakfast (e.g., cucumber or salad). The entrance door from the café was quite narrow and hard to get through with luggage.

It was spacious and comfortable. It was ideally located and service was always with a smile.

Honestly I thought it was a little overpriced for the standard of fittings and equipment provided. For example there was no kettle to boil water, no scissors amongst the cutlery and a poor selection of pots n pans for cooking. Outside, and this is no fault of the hotel, there was a kids play park and the noise level meant you could not relax with a book out on the balcony.

The hotel is perfectly located at the old town, everything in the old town as well as the train station are at walking distance. The interior of the hotel looks charming, an old fashioned style, not like big hotel chains that all look the same - we liked it very much. The hotel simply radiates positive vibes; everyone there looks happy: the manager, the chef, the bartenders, other employees, pets,... everyone. We would gladly stay there again.

A fridge and a kettle would be nice to have.

The location of the property is perfect and the room was decent. Very good breakfast also.

Not recommending if you’re a light sleeper as you can hear absolutely everything in the next room + the elevator. A few of the staff are very lovely but most are quite rude, refusing to even acknowledge the guest or say a simple bonjour. The room was clean except for the carpet, which screams for a deep clean.

Good location. Clean rooms. Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast and the option of having it outside was great. Will gladly stay here next time.

Room was nice, clean with a great view. However, details like lamp switches not working properly, very noisy fan in the bathroom and contacts falling out of the “tired” wall sockets were noticeable negatives that should not cost too much to replace or repair to elevate the customer experience.

Chic decor in the rooms. Different to a standard three star hotel room in a good way. Fantastic location in the middle of everything. Warm friendly staff. Lent us towels to go to the beach with. Breakfast was of high quality.

The walls of the room are very thin. The room beside us asked us to turn the tv down at 10pm because they were going to bed.
