It was a short walk from the train station which was great. The studio had everything I needed. So lovely to have a bath.

I am unsure as to why check in is so late at 5pm? Also was not made aware of the €200 deposit until arriving.

Good location near the city center and station, clean structure, nice staff who can speak English and other languages (not very common in France), rooms with everything you need, good facilities such as the 2 swimming pools. Parking in the area available and easy to find especially in evening areas.

We asked for an extra cleaning cloth for keeping the room clean, but they said it was not available! We had to manage with towels, which is not the best option nor the most hygienic. (One receptionist told me to use the same cloth for both toilet and kitchen... I don't know if this is normal in France, but definitely it is not for me!)

We were at Resideal for two weeks in June and July 2025. There are three adults and four children in our family. We had two rooms, which was very nice. Sofa-bed is very good and mattresses are new. The kitchen has everything you need and shower is good, especially water pressure, which isn't common in most hotels. The balcany is lovely and view there is good. I don't mind a few construction machine, because it's important to take care of the infrastructure. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel's pools are nice and gym is small, but very practical and I got my daily workout done well. Resideal is cleanest hotel where we have ever been and we have traveled to several countries. The hotel Resideal is located very good site. There are train and bus station about 10 minutes by walk and supermarket about 20 minutes by walk. Small food market is located about 500 m from the hotel and there are bakery and pharmacy too. We had a great holiday in Resideal and Antibes. I think that we come back some day. I really want to thank the hotel staff everything and especially about the delivery of shoes.

Hotel was close to the center of Antibes, and can be reached by a 20min walk. We visited, Nice, Cannes, Monaco and Saint Tropez during our 5 days stay and mostly it took less than an hour to reach these cities by car. Garden pool was very clean and the view from the roof pool was stunning. Kitchen equipments and the furnitures were sufficient. We requested a pool side room at the second floor during our booking and the hotel provided our request, this was very positive. Attached pictures were taken(with zoom) from the roof. P.s there were lots of parking spots and markets etc. within a 3-5min walk to hotel.

Altough it is an apart hotel making up the beds and returning back the towels etc to the ground floor was a bit weird but not a big deal at all.

we had a nice spacious apartment for 2 adults and 2 children on the 5th floor, we had a huge balcony with a fabulous view over the harbour, comfy beds, no frills apartment, very close to bus and train station , 2 fabulous pools

we had 2 young children and it was a half an hour walk to the nearest beach. Antibes was lovely but very expensive to eat out and not always great food even. you have to clean the apartment yourself on departure or pay 60 euros, you have to take all your sheets, towels and rubbish down,no maid service at all

Great staff; By Antibes standards decent value for money; good location - 5 minutes to train station & a further 6/7 minutes to the Old Town. Apartment quality 2star+ in my opinion but perfectly functional; 2 pools one of which is on rooftop offering superb views of marina, town & the coast.

Wifi is patchy; currently a major building project ongoing right in front of the hotel

The receptionists are friendly and helpful. Have good enough English to communicate clearly. We were told our room got free upgrade. Room is spacious and clean. Has a patio facing east. It is nice to sit on patio to look for sunrise and watch the sky color change. When the patio door closed, the room is vey quiet. The kitchen has all amenities to do a casual cooking. The location of this facility is 9 min away from train and bus station. 15 min to old town or port. Antibes is a very walkable town.

5pm check in is quite late compared to other lodging options. However you can leave luggage there before check-in.

Excellent pool facilities. Very near Antibes Train Station and Old Town Antibes. Friendly staff. Great air con. Good kitchen facilities.

No hand soap and very little toilet paper on arrival. Change of towel/linen only offered after 8 days. We stayed for 10 days and would have preferred to get clean linen/towels after 5 days (halfway through our stay).

An excellent location: Although an uphill walk from the train station, it isn't that far ( on average 10 mins down hill, 15mins up hill ) . Clean and secure, you need a code to get in, so no strays. A big and bright reception, and was VERY impressed that we contacted by phone to see if we were ok, as the train had been delayed ! Staying for over a week, we had the larger room, which had plenty of space and great kitchen area. Everything is kept spotless, and they expect you to keep it clean when you leave. Remember it's self-catering, so you will need to provide your own food & essentials. There are two pools. One outside in a secured garden, and the other on the roof - which offers spectacular views of Antibes , mountains and Nice in the distance.

It’s an Aparthotel and the room has a full kitchen, a balcony and a sofabed (a bit unusual). I was happy to have a bathtub in a bathroom. The location is close to train/bus station and it is a great base for traveling around the area. There is a pool on the roof with great views and another bigger one outside. The staff were helpful and pleasant, but looked stressed or short-handed somehow. One needs to clean the room before leaving to avoid the charge, which is a fair deal.

2 things. My room smelled like French-fries, when I entered it upon check-in. When I asked for another available one, there was none, as „they were not cleaned“. This needs to be improved, as the hotels have to offer guests options unless they are completely full. The smell improved thanks to an opened balcony door overnight. My room faced the pool at the back and overall noise situation was good, except for the balconies. If you are unlucky and some other quests are loud on their balcony, it’s a nightmare. Most guests I noticed were soft-spoken French, but I got unlucky one night with loud elderly low-class Brits. Also, I think the evening/night manager should be a man and not a soft-spoken „nice“ girl, who is not capable to deal with issues.
