Loved that the hotel was so close to the beach, especially the Handi-plage. Good disabled access for wheelchairs - the staff even saved a disabled parking spot for me. Ramp from parking to the hotel could be better however - a proper sized ramp (I almost fell off the pavement multiple times and kept wheelchairing into the plant beside it). Great accessible bathroom, and good sized room with lots of turning space. Comfortable bed. Loved it had a small fridge. Friendly welcoming staff, especially one of the young men behind the desk was always so kind. Hope to return!

Mould in the bathroom needs to be removed. Accessible room is right next to the staff room and front desk, so less privacy but was ok. The heavy door making it tricky to get in and out of the room in a wheelchair.

The hotel is just across the road from the beach, the hotel and rooms are very well presented, they are super clean and the air fresheners that are used in reception/corridors smell gorgeous. The room we had on the second floor had a beautiful view of the sea, old town and mountains. The towels were soft, there is a small fridge and kettle so you can make tea/coffee. We had a second room on the ground floor that had a lovely terrace which had the same views when you were stood up. The staff were all very nice and happy to help. I would rate this hotel as at least 4 star ☺️

I was very happy with everything about Hotel Josse. My room was beautifully decorated and very large. I especially liked the wall to wall windows and the outdoor patio. The electric blinds were a special surprise. The buffet breakfast was plentiful with a variety of hot and cold choices. The dining area was large, bright and spotless. The reception staff were very kind and gave a warm welcome. I especially want to thank Christine for her thoughtfulness and for going out of her way for me. The location across from the beach was perfect.

Nothing could have been better. I would definitely like to return.

Great location, staff was super friendly and even helped us with our luggage. We were able to check out late in the evening. We booked the car park that we didn't need in the end and the staff removed it from our quote. The breakfast was really good and lasted 1h more than originally announced. The beach is literally 1min walk away from the hotel.

The hot water was fluctuating in the shower (super hot and cold at times) Our room's door was super stiff to open and close The electric roller blinds didn't work but the blackout curtains worked well. The pillows were a bit thin and too soft for our liking

Perfect location, breakfast OK, could be more diverse. Hotel staff very helpful. Prices affordable, considering location. Looks very, very nice from outside. The room is nothing special, but it fulfils its purpose, according to a 3-star hotel, so that is a plus. We have seen much worse hotels. Wardrobe cabinet is more than enough for two persons.

Not many parking spaces in front of the hotel, garage has to be paid extra 16 EUR per day, but you can use a free parking spaces across the street. We weren't that lucky, as at the time of our stay, the marathon was on the street and we couldn't use it. Toilet could be cleaner. Tight space between the bed and the cabinet with TV, so bigger person would have difficulties walking from entrance to the balcony or to the other side of the bed. There is no need for a table and two chairs in the room, if you don't have space for them. They are just blocking the fridge or balcony doors, depends on which way you push them.

Decor of the room, reception and hotel. Amazing and accommodating staff. Nice breakfast. Great location with beaches, shops, restaurants and the old town near by.

TV was temperamental. Rooms could be a little bit more maintained. Bits/sand on bedroom floor, hairs around bathroom and big brown stain in the toilet wasn't too pleasant. For these reasons I do think price should be lower but still had a lovely stay considering we don't normally stay in 3 star hotels.

The beach was near but the main areas were 20/25 mins away. The bus was hit and miss, never on time or did not show. We had to order a Taxi one evening as the bus never showed. The hotel is a converted motel where we had to go up stairs to the 2nd floor then use more stairs to go down to our room. Very clean.

The breakfast had little choices we had to boil our own eggs, only one bread choice. The staff was good but had only one worker to serve all the breakfast people. The front counter staff were helpful. It is a convenient location for beach goers, but not for site seeing. If you have difficulty walking, be prepared to take Taxis.

Across the street from sandy beach and short 10 min walk to old town and restaurants. Clean rooms and receptionists helpful with directions. Had to change our room soon after checkin as 2 parties with same name and stay dates scheduled and I did think we had incorrect room at first and was about to question it but she found and corrected mistake quickly. Hot water maker, fridge and bottled water in room nice to have.

Parking a bit confusing but nice to have car in covered garage. Was tight fit and had to leave key and request help to leave garage.

Very close to the sea. Nice & welcoming staff( reception & cleaning). clean even though a bit outdated here & there (a few chips at the corners) Good & enough breakfast. We didn’t expect more than pastries & coffee ->so eggs& cheese selection were a plus Pet friendly (huge plus for us). Free public parking if front of the hotel ( until June 1st)

It can be noisy if u are a light sleeper -it is right by the main street. The individual utensils use for breakfast quite annoying. You don’t even have this in a 5*hotel. Give them a good wash before putting them there, people only use the handle. But , whatever, the rules came after certain experiences, I am sure.

This is a good hotel in a great location. The room was a good size and exceptionally clean and tidy. The breakfast was superb with fresh pastries and fruit. I really liked the hot Spanish bacon which made a delicious sandwich. The staff were lovely and very helpful and allowed me to practise my French which I appreciated enormously. We travelled with a dog and the ground floor room was just perfect.

The parking is a bit tight but still good to have in this very busy town.
