The location, Garten, is excellent, and the reception always smells good! The staff are super friendly and very helpful. Room service is great.

The carpet in the room was not clean, with spots and stains, and the bathtub appears dirty with black scratches that can not be cleaned, indicating it is old. The water boiler was broken. Additionally, the chairs and table on the balcony do not fit the place and should be replaced.

If you wanna be close to the tourist attractions, it's a half hour bus ride to the city centre/old town Little old property, so some things may not work as you expect The bfast menu could be better. The menu , btw, is the same each and every day.

The staff were so welcoming, polite and accommodating! They were also so good with the children. Lots of restaurants around the hotel and access to a great shopping mall near by. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and a choice of pillows!

The outside of the hotel is in need of some upgrade and maybe a lick of paint. The courtyard of the hotel is also used as the back of one of the restaurants so usual kitchen smells, staff and a view into the kitchen when you walked through the courtyard. The hotel does have a beach club but you are charged extra for this. There are only small observations and didn’t overshadow our stay.

The location is great - a few steps to the beach, a dozen or so restaurants on the Esplanade, and the shopping center CAP300 a short walk away makes the location ideal for a short stay or a longer stay if you preferred. The room size was great, it was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the balcony looking out to the sea was fabulous. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the hotel's free airport shuttle bus a boon to travellers. All in all, an enjoyable stay - it exceeded our expectations. When I think of airport hotels, I think surrounded by traffic, noise and nothing to see - this hotel is located on the beach, it was easy and quick to get to with the hotel shuttle and we were very pleasantly surprised by the room size - you could swing a couple of cats :) Great end to a holiday before flying out - the last night spent walking the Esplanade by the beach, having a fabulous meal, the morning spent having a swim on the beach, breakfast on the Esplanade and a quick hotel shuttle to the airport was an excellent end to a great holiday. We would definitely stay here again. My only regret is that we didn't find it when we first flew in. Flying in from Australia is a long haul and if I had known about the hotel, I would have booked in on arrival, spent a day to recover from the plane trip and then moved on to the holiday itself particularly with a check out of noon. Although it was still a very welcome bonus at the end of the holiday for weary travellers, and I look forward to returning.

Their restaurant out on the Esplanade is highly recommended although the lights were extremely bright at night for outside dining. Would have been better if they were able to be dimmed but the menu was excellent.

Breakfast was good, very balanced, lovely fresh salads, fresh breads and warm food including freshly made omelette on request.

There was no restaurant facility apart from room service, which is not what everyone wants. It was not really a problem with a few good restaurants nearby which we enjoyed.

clean room , lots of hot water, quiet area. There are some restaurants close by still open in the winter. Its close to Nice and the airport , just around the corner from Cap 3000 shopping mall There is street parking just outside that is free from 19.00 - 09.00 the staff are professional and helpful.

Great Location... Comfortable facility all around.

The ad promised an ocean view room, when we got to our room it overlooked a parking lot. We were told the hotel was full and we couldn't change rooms. On the way out when I complained I was told they would make a note to the file and upgrade us next time we stayed. Given that we were form the US its not particularly likely that we will return. I noted this on the hotel customer satisfaction form and got a very sympathetic apology but still no refund.... Also they don't do a good job of explaining the facilities and the offerings regarding beach access or the area.

Great Hotel with very good location and private beach. Just few minutes from Nice and 30 min from Antibes. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Good breakfast with many fruits and vegetables.

Everything was good but would be even better if the sun beds would be included with the price for the hotel
