First of all, Pascal is a great host! The apartment is located very centrally and close to the beach, supermarket, bars and restaurants. It was clean and well equipped. Very good value for money.

The apartment is located just above a cinema so you might hear some noise whenever there is an action scene. But they stop in the evening at a reasonable time so this didn’t bother too much.

Fabulous concierge! Pascal was incredibly kind, thoughtful and efficient. He really made my stay a delight - great restaurant recommendations, so helpful with my ridiculously heavy baggage, kindly allowing late check out. The room was perfect for cooking meals - well equipped mini kitchen, fridge, stovetop, microwave and excellent *stainless steel* water kettle (so you don't boil water in plastic.) Loads of towels, lovely view over the rooftops and amazingly quiet despite being in center of town. Has an elevator. Walkable to everything, few minutes walk to train station, market etc. Location, location, location. No, it's not the Carlton but the price is right and Pascal is a superstar!

Super clean. 2 mins from the main boulevard. My flight was delayed significantly yet Patrick waited for me till almost midnight and did not charge anything for late checkin. We stayed in touched over WhatsApp.

The bathroom is outside the room which is disclosed on the website. I missed this point. A very slight inconvinience but expected for the low price.

I am hesitant to describe how much I enjoyed this long stay of 6 nights during the Cannes Lions. From the moment Pascal personally greeted me, explained the set-up and privacy of the room, albeit with a private bathroom 1 meter outside the main room, everything was great! It is super quiet, comfortable, and the location CANNOT be beaten. There is a nice window allowing natural light all day without a view per se. And the AC was at the perfect temperature all the time.

Occasionally, as the room sits adjacent to a major movie theatre, you could tell when action scenes were on. But honestly this was after 11am and I was out and about for the most part at this time. In the sleeping hours, total silence! The shower head was a little finicky but I am sure something which has been addressed by now.

Pascal is a great host, readily available, helpful, and kind. This was my first trip to France, and the location of SeaYouSoon couldn't be better. Close to many restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and the Croisette. The easy access to the Cannes Gare made travel to Nice easy. The room was a perfect size for one person, and it was very clean. I traveled to Cannes for the Cannes Lion festival and this location was absolutely perfect. Pascal was an amazing host and he was available for anything I might need (even when my keys got misplaced!). Great wifi, air conditioning, quiet, plenty of storage space and a comfortable bed. It had everything I needed for the week and felt lucky to find such a gem.

The only thing I wish was that the studio got cleaned daily and there was an overhead shower vs. handheld.

Our stay was perfect-nice room with all we need, very comfy bed, silence at night, the small kitchen with all necessary things. Ideal))) Thank you,Pascal! P.S. and the location is superb - very close both to the bus and train station and to the beach.

This isn’t your typical hotel with spacious rooms, but the location is perfect. I was traveling alone, the bed was very comfortable, and I plan to come back every year. I visit annually for a conference, and this hotel is just right for that.

Pascal was really friendly and welcoming! Gave us some tips for cannes. Great location right in the centre of everything.

Cinema noise during the evening however not a big issue for a young couple.
