The location could not be better for Cannes lions festival The WiFi was good, useful to have a cooker in the room, shower was powerful Air con was perfect Close to everything , food, bus station, fast food , supermarkets

There was no lift which have been useful to know beforehand It was advised not to open windows, whereas some fresh air would have been nice It did not look like the photos, I am guessing they own a few rooms in the same building

great location (close to shops and restaurants, port and not far from the beach)

I haven’t manage to get the wi fi connection (there was an instruction on the table with the network and the password, however this network was not available, the staff didn’t provide the clarity) I could not use the safe box (for money), as the instruction provided to the safe box was an instruction for another model of the safe box, and the staff again haven’t given the clear feedback on it no elevator

Comfortable bed, windows had good protection from the noise from outside. Very good position in the city, helpful staff. The kitchen had everything you need to cook there (I did not used). Self check in, key safe stored in a box at the entrance.

I didn’t saw that was mentioned about 1000€ deposit. Because of this I felt a bit stressed to not touch something that might have broken :)) No elevator, so hard for two ladies to carry all the luggage.

It was a compact but comfortable apartment in an amazing location. The terrace is an added bonus and a great addition considering the apartment is otherwise quite small.

The key box situation was annoying. We were lucky to get early access and because the front door was a coded entrance we could get into the apartment building, but the key box in which the apartment keys are stored is time sensitive so we couldn't get the keys out of the security box because it was before the official check-in time. We had to walk back to the management office to get a one-time code to get the keys out. Then for some reason when it came to checking out the original code didn't work, nor did the one-time code, so we had to leave the apartment unlocked and the keys on the kitchen table.

Clean, comfortable, lovely decor, perfect location for train and the port. Close to everything. The staff in the office were amazing and let us keep our luggage in the office with them. 100% will stay here next time we’re in Cannes

The apartment is clean and spacious and in a great location - so many options from the front door The staff were all very helpful with recommendations and stored my luggage for a few hours before the train left Definitely would love to return here

The 4 flights of stairs - next visit I will have a lighter suitcase

Basically everything, apartment is so comfortable and in a great location, silent, full of useful amenities like kettle, espresso machine, pots, cuttlery and amazing balcony. Chilling there during warmer temperature days would be perfect! Also the check in is autonomous, with code at the entrance and code-lock systems for keys.

Have to think about it but overall, great AAA+ experience

Super convenient location which is close to everything you need and all sightseeing, and the agent staffs are very helpful with our luggage

Everything ! Very clean place and great location. I will definitely recommend to all my friends and I will come back again.

The only bad thing was the temperature - the room was quite cold (beginning of Febuary). But there was heating in the bathroom.
