Pool and outside area were amazing! Room was always clean and cleaning lady was always very nice, despite the refurbishment was long time ago

It was written in our room description that we will have a longer bed more than 2m, that is why we took a better room. Unfortunately, it was very short for height 180-190 cm legs were in the air. And the staff was not very pleasant, they did not want to solve this problem anyhow and just said that they have such beds in France... The cost of breakfast was 15 euro (just coffee, jams, breads) if you want to have a boiled egg or some ham, you need to pay extra, so we took the breakfast only once, because it is overpriced for this.

Hotel des Mimosas is an oasis of a hotel. It's a traditional French hotel with staff who are extremely welcoming, friendly and kind. We had breakfast each morning which was 15Euros and it was just so delicious. My room was facing the back of the hotel, and it was quiet and comfortable. The pool and gardens are just stunning and we lazed on loungers in the shade of the palm trees and pool umbrellas reading, swimming and napping. The hotel provide pool towels which are either towels or linen at no extra cost. In the mornings, we went on nearby adventures to Antibes old town, and the Juan-les-Pins old town and marina. Everything is walking distance (if you're a good walker). We got the train from Nice airport to Juan-les-Pins which was only 6Euros one way, and it doesn't take long at all. There is a small fridge in the room which makes zero noise and is perfect for some bottles of water. The wifi at the hotel is free and there's good coverage. I did not use the TV. It was clear that many of the other hotel guests were returning clients, and I can see why, it's a wonderful hotel.

Unfortunately the air conditioning (and unit in general) did not work during two of the three nights I was there. Days were 28-32 degrees so my room was a little uncomfortable in the late afternoon / evening. One of the kind receptionists provided me with a plug-in fan which helped. I'm not too obsessed with air con, but it would've been nice to have had the option to cool the room at certain times. If you are requiring air con, best to check with the hotel it's working for your room before booking / going.

Absolutely stunning grounds and lots of character, very short walk to a beautiful beach, the centre of Juan-Les-Pins and only a 20 minute walk to Antibes! The staff were super friendly and took the time when checking in to show us all the places we could visit! We only stayed 4 days and we wish we could have stayed longer!

Some of the facilities (e.g. shower) were a bit dated, but doesn't detract for the overall experience as it's such a gorgeous hotel full of character! One thing I would say is that there are no complimentary tea or coffee making facilities anywhere in the room or reception, which was quite disappointing. That being said we would go back on a heartbeat!

This was a blissful experience just returned today from four nights at this lovely hotel . Can’t praise it enough. The staff are lovely, so helpful and it is absolute paradise. The pool is beautiful and there is a lovely pool bar which has beautiful food. It is in a perfect location for exploring! The staff were so helpful to us and so kind. One of the unique parts of this hotel is that it is small and so the pool area is quiet and so relaxing . Can’t wait to come back for another holiday .

Lovely French style hotel with pool. Room was spacious with a large terrace. Comfortable Superking bed. Room cleaned every day and bedding changed after a couple of days. Hotel conveniently located for station, beach, shops, restaurants. Family run hotel and all the staff were pleasant, polite and helpful. The pool is a big plus.

Just needed a kettle in the room for tea and coffee and more sockets near a mirror to dry hair.

We really liked the location because it was very close to Juan Les Pins centre and close enough to Antibes (about 20 min walk) From the time we checked in to the time we checked out, staff were all lovely, happy to help and the level of customer service received was always consistently good. The pool area and garden are really nice and there are plenty of chairs you could use to relax. Breakfast is really good value and having it outside every morning made it very enjoyable.

The bedroom we had looked a bit dated. Saying that, it was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

A beautiful hotel walking distance of the beach, restaurants etc. Friendly staff however the first room we were allocated for a 4 night stay was tiny very small window with bars on the window Room 7 We upgraded to room 24 the only other availability this overlooked the fire escape also with bars on the window. There were no tea & coffee making facilities in the room. The pool was very cold in spite of this we enjoyed our time in Antibes.

A charming, beautiful and quiet oasis in the heart of Juan les pins.. The two main reasons why we wanted to stay here was that the room had a terrace and the looks of an exotic garden surrounding the hotel with its lovely and quite big pool, it really completed our enjoyful stay . Like in a classic picturesque french rivieran moviestyle scenerey . The staff is excellent and helpful, in every way. Fridge in the room, short walk to the beach, supermarked, restaurants, drinks and snacks in the bar at the pool: 10/10.

The hotel is located in a large, well maintained and very quiet, garden/park with beautiful palm trees and a lovely pool. It is 10 mins by foot to the beach area The breakfast was good but the best part of it was that it is served next to the pool. Our room was rather small, but comfortable

Our room was rather small and the carpets in the room and in the corridor areas need replacing - ideally with wood or lino.

This hotel is an oasis of calm , the gardens and swimming pool are excellent . The staff are all very friendly and helpful. My wife and I would stay here again.

The hotel is a fair walk down a hill to the beach and restaurants, which means you have to walk back up the hill to return to the hotel or get a taxi back.
