Absolutely stunning grounds and lots of character, very short walk to a beautiful beach, the centre of Juan-Les-Pins and only a 20 minute walk to Antibes! The staff were super friendly and took the time when checking in to show us all the places we could visit! We only stayed 4 days and we wish we could have stayed longer!

Some of the facilities (e.g. shower) were a bit dated, but doesn't detract for the overall experience as it's such a gorgeous hotel full of character! One thing I would say is that there are no complimentary tea or coffee making facilities anywhere in the room or reception, which was quite disappointing. That being said we would go back on a heartbeat!

We really liked the location because it was very close to Juan Les Pins centre and close enough to Antibes (about 20 min walk) From the time we checked in to the time we checked out, staff were all lovely, happy to help and the level of customer service received was always consistently good. The pool area and garden are really nice and there are plenty of chairs you could use to relax. Breakfast is really good value and having it outside every morning made it very enjoyable.

The bedroom we had looked a bit dated. Saying that, it was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

A beautiful hotel walking distance of the beach, restaurants etc. Friendly staff however the first room we were allocated for a 4 night stay was tiny very small window with bars on the window Room 7 We upgraded to room 24 the only other availability this overlooked the fire escape also with bars on the window. There were no tea & coffee making facilities in the room. The pool was very cold in spite of this we enjoyed our time in Antibes.

A charming, beautiful and quiet oasis in the heart of Juan les pins.. The two main reasons why we wanted to stay here was that the room had a terrace and the looks of an exotic garden surrounding the hotel with its lovely and quite big pool, it really completed our enjoyful stay . Like in a classic picturesque french rivieran moviestyle scenerey . The staff is excellent and helpful, in every way. Fridge in the room, short walk to the beach, supermarked, restaurants, drinks and snacks in the bar at the pool: 10/10.

The hotel is located in a large, well maintained and very quiet, garden/park with beautiful palm trees and a lovely pool. It is 10 mins by foot to the beach area The breakfast was good but the best part of it was that it is served next to the pool. Our room was rather small, but comfortable

Our room was rather small and the carpets in the room and in the corridor areas need replacing - ideally with wood or lino.

Charming hotel in Antibes area, less than 10 min walk from the beach, town center and train station. Tons of restaurants around. Private parking is a huge plus if traveling by car. Grounds are very beautiful, delicious breakfast and service at hotel top notch. Rooms are spotless clean! The best place to stay in Juan les Pins! We really enjoyed our stay !

The bathroom door in our room was too close to the night stand and it was uncomfortable to walk in/out bathroom. Lots of mosquitoes in evening near pool area, maybe some treatment can be done to improve.

The Hotel grounds were outstanding, with lush green grass, flowers and palm trees. The pool was beautiful and had ample, beds and seating with perfect sized pool bar. The Room and bathroom was huge with walk in wardrobe and great air conditioning. We did not have breakfast but from what I saw it looked lovely each morning. Staff was so friendly.

The pool, the staff and the location were all great. The hotel was authentic, had great charm and feel. Staff were super helpful and rooms were good. Excellent value for money.

Not much - it was a great stay. Only thing I wish I'd known (and I probably should've asked) was the cost of the water (€6 a bottle) - ended up with a hefty bill when I left, which I wasn't expecting.

The grounds of this hotel are amazing with a stunning pool and everything is provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible . Staff are always on hand and very friendly. The hotel allow guests to eat their own food in the grounds with permission. My room was bright and comfortable .. the fridge kept food and drinks very cold which was a bonus. Furniture on terrace rooms is extremely comfortable. . Rooms are spotless .

bathrooms are very small .

The swimming pool, so quiet and clean, offers a great chance to relax. The parking inside is a plus. The hotel is surronded by a parc that makes the atmosphere really peaceful and pleasant. I recommend staying here!

We have chosen a standard room, that is quite small and dark. But the time that we spent in the room has been very limited, so this wasn't a big issue.
