From the moment we arrived at Hotel Renoir at 1am, we were warmly welcomed by Mo, whose genuine kindness and efficiency made our check-in seamless. The hotel's location next to a police station offered a strong sense of safety, while being just a 2-minute walk from the center and 10 minutes from the beach—ideal for busy events like the fireworks festival. The 24/7 room service was incredibly convenient, and the thoughtful addition of a handheld fan in the room was appreciated, especially given the summer heat in Cannes. The room was clean and of average size, with beautiful sunset views from the balcony. What truly stood out, however, was the consistently helpful and friendly staff who made our stay memorable—definitely a place we'd return to.

While our overall stay was great, there were a couple of drawbacks worth mentioning. The stairs leading up to reception can be a challenge, especially if you're carrying large suitcases. Although staff are available during the day to help, the absence of a lift at the entrance could be a significant issue for wheelchair users or those with mobility concerns. Additionally, while the room's interior design was stylish and thoughtfully done, the low-hanging bedside lamps, though visually appealing, were quite impractical — it’s easy to bump your head on them until you get used to the layout.

Room was clean and tidy and well maintained during our stay. The aircon was good and helped us cool down after a day out in the sun. Bed was very comfy and all the bathroom equipment worked really well. Breakfast was a good selection of food with everything we needed to start the day. The lady who supported breakfast was excellent and nothing was too much and she made the stay

The WIFI signal was hit and miss throughout the hotel and either dropped out or we could not connect. This was frustrating especially when looking for things to do in the area. Messages need updating as we wanted to use the C Beach voucher, but when we asked it had been stopped, so an update there would have been nice

We spent 5 wonderful days at the Renoir hotel and were very pleased. The location is very good, close to the train station, the Palais de Festival, shopping streets, restaurants, the port and the beach. Clean and spacious Prestige room, large and comfortable double bed and very spacious dressing room. The equally spacious bathroom, equipped with Nuxe products, immaculate towels that were changed daily. Upon arrival, we found a nice welcome message in the room accompanied by macarons, still water, Nuxe oil. Much love from the Renoir team! The spacious room, the fantastic, large, and most comfortable bed, the close proximity to the train station, but in an ok area, the only 10 minute walk to the beach, the price for the room, and the hotel staff, especially Gabriela, who was very warm and there to help us with anything. Highly recommend 👌

Arrived to a very warm and welcoming reception team who offered us water instantly on coming through the door after seeing us two Brits struggling with the heat! The reception lady had previously been extremely helpful earlier in the afternoon when we popped in before check-in to ask about the best place to park overnight. We then had the lovely surprise of being upgraded 2 categories of room to their designer room, which was just lovely. Spotlessly clean, a great view of the city and very cosy for a couple. A lovely handwritten note was left on the table in the bedroom welcoming us which was much appreciated also. Fantastic location - 2 minutes walk to the main shopping street in Cannes and just absolutely perfect in terms of what we were looking for. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if I’m lucky enough to return to Cannes. Thank you so much team Renoir!

A very comfortable bed, with a strong hot shower and a good size room for Cannes. The staff were excellent - very friendly and efficient. The room itself was beautifully decorated but not brilliantly sound-proofed and there was no way to reduce the room temperature (it got quite hot, even in April). The facilities in the room were great though. The only other draw back is that they include a mini-bar with high prices and not even a small snack or water with compliments. The breakfast was ok but nothing special.

Overall, a good room in a great location for a decent price - I'll likely return again.

The staff were unprofessional. Our friends arrived after us & were checked-in before us. We had to wait 2 hours to get the room. The staff offered us coffee but we had to pay for it, they didn’t even offer us free coffee as a courtesy which felt so cheap! We had to go to the reception & check if our room was ready or not because we could see clearly that the room was cleaned already but they further delayed us as they had to check the mini bar first which made us wait another 30 mins. We felt humiliated by the way the staff treated us. I don’t recommend that anyone would stay in this hotel unless the staff get proper training & know how to treat their guests

Love the hotel ,room was great -Staff excellent especially the front office manager who helped out with the luggages and Also helpful with some address where to eat the best ice cream in Cannes .Finally find the best quality hotel in Cannes .Thank u also for finding my back bag .Will definitely come back

Only thing was maybe the high stairs for Luggages but if u lucky the excelente front office manager will help u

I stayed in a Suite Deluxe on top floor with Seaview / balcony. Really nice and sizeable comfortable room. The Hotel also facilitates access to a private beach. I did not take advantage of this as I went to the island beached but seems like a great option if in town longer.

Basement room for 1 night was not so enjoyable (room was still nice prestige design, I just do not like lower ground rooms) but overall, as staff was able to get me back into the suite on the following night, I was very happy and my issue resolved professionally by the kind staff. Definitely recommend a visit.

Very helpful staff

It would be useful to have some additional place in the shower to dry the swimsuits, otherwise they stay wet .. the destination is mostly beach, so some facility would make sense
