This was already our third time staying at this beautiful hotel, and once again, it was an unforgettable experience. We’ve celebrated two birthdays here in the past, and this time we visited for another special occasion. It’s always the perfect choice for us, and we wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else on the Côte d’Azur. The location is ideal with just a few minutes’ walk from the train station, the famous beach promenade, and the Palais des Festivals. You’ll also find plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The staff are exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They always make sure our wishes are met and go the extra mile to make us feel at home. On every visit, we’ve been surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which we truly appreciate. The hotel is spotless, it smells fresh and pleasant throughout, and the furnishings are modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully chosen. The service is consistently outstanding, from check-in to check-out. We truly love coming back here and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Côte d’Azur. It’s a gem we look forward to returning to again and again.

If you are reading this review, book this hotel immediately. Our room was huge, clean and comfortable. The beds were the best sleep we had on our holiday in the French Riveria. It looks further out on the map but it is less than a five minute walk to the main hub of Cannes. The facilities are fantastic, we used the pool and steam room everyday and always found it clean and not busy. Perfect to make as your base to access the rest of the French Riveria, especially when the train station is also very close.

There were no electric plugs in the bathroom and there were no mirrors outside of the bathroom, making hair styling difficult. Rooms could be improved by having mirrors in the main living area next to plugs or having plugs in the bathroom.

The room was clean and spacious enough and the bed super comfortable. We had a nice relaxing stay at this hotel despite the rainy days in Cannes. The spa area is very good, with a big sauna and large pool with hydro massage. The breakfast buffet has variety of options, all very tasty. Highlight: is conveniently located near the train station

Our bathroom door was a little stuck, so it didn’t close very well (we were at room 104) but we were so tired of traveling we didn’t feel like asking for it to be fixed. Also, we felt like they had staff issues with the food/bar area. They couldn’t prepare anything from the menu but the cheese board and something fried, and had issues with serving drinks and using the charging system. Maybe the person in charge was off. (And they didn’t offer room charges, so we had to pay everything at the moment which was a bit inconvenient) Anyways, they were making an effort and were pretty nice compared to France’s average service.

To be honest, we weren’t expecting much as the price was quite low but we were more than pleasantly surprised! We had a junior suite which had a spa bath and was so clean. The staff were friendly and the hotel was quiet - our room was right next to the lift but we didn’t not hear the lift nor any movement or voices even once. Oh and the biggest surprise was the tv was a Smart TV with a ChromeCast and was super easy to connect our phone to. We’ve already recommended the hotel to a couple of friends!

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to everything. The room itself was really nice and clean, with a modern bathroom. The gym was a bit small, but we loved that it was open 24/7. They also had a beautiful spa, although we didn't get a chance to use it. The staff were helpful, especially when they mixed up our reservation and didn't have our parking spot ready. They found a solution right away, which we appreciated.

The air conditioning was quite loud and couldn't be turned down very low, so we had to switch it off at night to sleep. Also, the elevator could be slow sometimes, but I guess that's unavoidable in a busy hotel. The breakfast was a bit expensive for what we were looking for, so we just grabbed coffee and pastries from a nearby coffee shop instead.

have stayed here twice and the location is very near the station , it is in the city without the buss of it , i really enjoyed my time here i only wish we could of enjoyed the spa facitlites more because we did not have much time left .

i did not know how to use the bath tub properly as it seemed to have those pressure valves and would of been really nice if i knew how , with all the traveling it would of helped with my body relaxing more .

Everything about our stay was exceptional. The hotel’s central location made it easy to reach the sea and nearby restaurants with just a short walk. Our double room was spacious and cleaned daily, ensuring a comfortable stay. The reception team and breakfast staff were excellent, always friendly and attentive. The breakfast selection was great, with plenty of choices that were consistently replenished. Highly recommended

Very friendly staff all around, we received an upgrade to a larger room with terrace to the courtyard, it has an excellent spa with big hammam ( the reason for choosing this hotel for me) and a good size relaxation pool but with countercurrent jet so you can actually swim if there are few people, the price of the hamam 1h at a time was included in the room ( mattered in my choice ) cleaning service very good even late in the day, all in all a perfect stay, will come back, perfect location, convenient neatby parkin saint niolas

Parking is about 21 euro p day at nearby parking saint nicolas ( if you have an suv the hotel cant accomodate you, so you must take that extra cost into account, it is very close to the hotel however

Lovely staff, great location and located near coffee shops and a supermarket. We got a free upgrade and the room was lovely! Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a short 5-10 minute walk to main strip. The beds were changed everyday and the breakfast is a bit basic but saves money out. Would recommend the coffee house near the hotel, called Copenhagen coffee lab

The cleaning service didn’t take away the dirty cups, we had to ask for mugs not paper cups for the tea bags and the tea/milk didn’t get refilled. There was a tiny, ants nest in our room from the balcony door but this wasn’t a problem as they didn’t really come out of the gap.

We managed to get an upgrade to a junior suite which was nice. However, the flooring from the bedroom to the adjacent sitting area was absolutely terrible. All the laminate flooring was bubbling, top layer missing, all water damaged. A terrible shame that the flooring g let down an otherwise decent experience.

A new floor is essential.
