The room was reasonable size for the price we paid. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and we thought it had a very friendly atmosphere. If you arrive by train, the hotel is very close as it is at the back of the station via an underpass.if you have heavy luggage, you can use a lift to go down to the underpass and then you can use another lift to go up to street level for the hotel.

The hotel is by the main motorway ,and it is some times differcult to cross the road via several pedestrian crossings . There are 2 underground passages that you can use to get under the railway and motorway, which take you to different parts of the city. You have to pay to use the roof garden.

The gentleman at reception was extremely helpful and friendly. Gave us all the information we needed for airport transfers. It's very important to keep customers in the holiday mode by being friendly, helpful and fun and the staff, especially the gentleman at reception met all these expectations. The hotel was spotless, cleaned every day. Beds made, towels changed and the cleaning lady was really friendly and nice. The hotel as in a quiet location but very central. 2 minutes walk to the train/ bus station. 5 minutes walk from shops and beach. Excellent location. The air conditioning was a life saver in the bedrooms.

While the pool was lovely and also clean, to reach it, we had to go up a spiral type staircase . The decking was a little dated so we chose the beach instead. Its a rooftop pool so not for the fainthearted.

great location, very friendly and helpful staff, who went the extra mile. rooms were clean and comfortable. we needed to do some work in the bar area and they were helpful in getting our chargers plugged in and giving us a suitable place we could work.

the corridor outside the room was very dark but i appreciate this cant really be changed, maybe some additional lighting? the fact this is the only thing i can think of say a lot of how the hotel and staff were.

Lovely little roof top pool, friendly atmosphere and good location. Really friendly lovely helpful reception staff.

The breakfast wasn’t good. The scrambled egg was like water and the baguettes were often hard. Would also love to see fresh sliced fruit rather than fruit salad.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, neat and clean, breakfast was good too - everything was very tasty. Rooftop pool is cool.

Would be good to have more options at the bar. There was not enough bottled drinking water provided in the room.

Close to the mainline train station. Free upgrade to a suite with a large balcony. Comfortable large beds, good shower and bathroom.

You may be put off by the proximity to the main road, but we didn’t find it a problem. Soundproof windows.

Reception Manager Mr. Arnoud was sooooo heplful. I am travelling since last 25 years but I can honestly tell that it is very difficult to find a stuff like Mr. Arnoud. He took care of everything.

The location was absolutely amazing. We didn’t need one taxi service for our stay as it was so easy to walk around and find our way home again! The staff were so friendly and extremely attentive. Our room was made up every day to the highest standard and we couldn’t have been more impressed with Christophe, on our departure he assured us that an issue we had raised had been dealt with and provided us with lovely soaps to take home. Couldn’t recommend highly enough, book your stay NOW! :)

Very nice hotel with an arty interior and a rooftop pool terrace. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was really good and certainly worth reserving. The breakfast room competes easily with upper level restaurants in terms of quality and setting (table linen, comfortable seating, atmosphere...). Location wise, all the interesting places in Cannes are withing strolling distance. Cannes railway station is 3 minutes walk.

Difficult to find something.. Perhaps larger groups may find the elevator to be a little tight, but that's not even a big deal..

Great location. Comfortable bed, plenty of room and very clean (we stayed in a junior suite) Great views from our balcony and the roof top pool. We had breakfast brought to our room one morning and ate out on our balcony. It was lovely, we went for a continental breakfast, there was lots of it and was reasonably priced.

The hotel bar only had 2 choices of draught beer, neither of which we liked and it was a lot more expensive than the bars on the front in Cannes.
