The location could not have been better, right across from the train station. There was also an elevator which is not always the case in Europe so that was nice. I had the 5th floor and had to take the last two flights up as the elevator only goes up to the 4th floor. I had some trouble with the toilet and it was quickly taken care of after I notified them about it. I wanted to explore more of Cannes on my day of check out and they easily were able to watch my luggage for several hours. It was about a 8-10 minute walk to get there. Once I collected my luggage, it was easy to take it to the train station because it was across the street.

I had the top apartment which was nice bc I love a skylight. The ceiling is tricky bc in some areas are lower than others and I hit my head a few times. The check in process was not easy. The instructions are incorrect and should be clarified. Thankfully I figured it out but it took some time.

The property is in a fantastic location. It is clean, modern and great if you have a balcony! It was equipped with almost everything needed for our stay. Communication with the reservations team is straightforward and they reply quickly to any questions.

I am happy with the property! However, I wonder if it would be possible to provide a beach umbrella for guests, as this is something that most people would find useful as they are difficult to travel on holiday with.

The apartment was very clean, the sofa was prepared for 2 additional guests. It was also enough towels. Just for coffee it was capsules for one day but anyway we preferred coffee from outside.

All was good. the bathroom and toilet is not spacious but it didn`t bother at all. hard with parking in this area but the manager sent me some file with info

Great location across from the train station and easy walking distance to the beach, cafes and old town All the amenities you need plus a decent shower. I chose a different apartment at the start of my time in Cannes to save some money. It was a nightmare and I should have stuck with Florella from the start, even for the higher price. This is my 2nd stay in one of their Cannes apartments and I would definitely choose them.again for future stays.

Extra pillows and firmer pillows would be great.

The apartment was modern, new and well maintained. It was generally clean and comfortable. I like that it was easily accessible on a main street. It was also generally quiet at night.

As we like to be barefoot in our apartment, we did find some dust and debris on the floors when we first arrived. Also we were surprised that the lift did not take us all the way up to our attic floor, as one of the reasons we booked the apartment was the fact it had a lift- which many apartments in Cannes don't.

Absolutely great location, also offers luggage storage if you leave after checkout time

If you run the tap water, there’s always some residue in it and looks like there’s a film on top of your water. For this reason, we bought bottled water during our stay. Be sure to clear all pending taxes and damage deposit, if not, you will not receive check in information

Internet was not good at all, extremely slow and usually our devices did not even connect to it because it kept on dropping out.

Absolutely amazing! There’s absolutely everything in the apparent for a life not even a short stay. All the kitchen equipment, an iron and the desk, 2 transformed laundry dryer, washing machine, exceptional!

Wifi didn’t work at all.

we liked the location in city center very near by all things in Cannes and very good start point to visit around Cote Azure and French Riviera

actually we didn’t like a bit that we could ear a lot of noise from the Boiler inside the Bedroom and noises from upstairs related to trampling. Beside that I would suggest to make an agreement with the train station parking since is very near to the residence. all the best

Room is neat, bed and sheets are fresh, towels are fresh.. Mariya from the hotel was very helpful.

My comment is about the floor, there is smell, not pleasant to my smell.. I'm not sure if the floor cleaning product is not good smell or the floor.. floor does not smell fresh
