Great little hotel in a central location, just a 4-5 minute walk from the beach and seafront. The view from my room was direct on the street, I liked it. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cannes - it's a good option for budget-minded travelers who prioritize location and friendly service. The photos correspond to reality. What I especially liked: 1. Early check-in: I arrived 3 hours before check-in, but my room was already available! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. 2. Security: The hotel entrance door is locked after 8:00 pm, but guests are provided with a code for access. 3. Bathroom ventilation: The ventilation in the bathroom worked very well, which was helpful for drying clothes. 4. Сleanliness: Everything was clean. Shampoo, soap, hair dryer, towels are available.

Minor drawbacks: 1. Shower water temperature: The shower water was warm enough, but not truly hot. 2. Bathroom privacy: The bathroom in my room didn't have a door, which made it a bit cold. 3. No in-room fridge: There was no fridge in the room, but there was a large communal fridge available in the hallway.

The staff are excellent. Very friendly and helpful reception staff and very good housekeeping. Great location, very central, just a few minutes from the station and close to shops, restaurants and the Croisette. Very clean and spacious room. Rooms with balcony’s are at the back of the hotel and are nice and quiet. There was a lift, which although very tiny, was good to have in a narrow building with 5 floors. Kettle, tea and coffee provided. There is no fridge in the bedrooms, but I believe there was one in the reception area that you could use if you asked. There is a luggage store and cloakroom if you wish to store bags after check out. A small hotel, but very good value for money and had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Location is excellent. The room is clean. And with a terrace. The best part is using the kitchen and fridge in the breakfast lounge. And they have storage for luggage. Big thanks for that.

The furniture is too small for the room with a double bed. The desk is critically small, and no drawer cabinet. The TV screen is too small. But the worst is the low water pressure in the shower. Too much time is spent using the shower.

Overall this hotel highly exceeds the 2 star rating. Staff were excellent, they were very accommodating, just one example: we arrived too early and the room wasn't ready yet (it was clearly stated that check in is after 15:00, so it was totally OK for us), so we decided to leave our luggage at the reception, change our clothes and go to the beach. When we were ready to leave the hotel, we were informed that our room is ready, but we decided to leave our luggage at the reception and we will put the bags in the room when we come back and immediately an another staff member who could have just partly heard this conversation with the receptionist, offered his warm help that he will put our suitcases into our room, we don't need to bother with it. Thank you for being polite, this is what we experienced during our whole stay. :) Room: this is probably the most spacious room that I've ever booked in this category, we even had a nice balcony where we could enjoy our breakfast. I appreciated the blackout curtain a lot. The room was quiet and clean, bed was comfy for us. Air condition worked well. Excellent location, just 3-4 mins walk to the train station, yet the hotel is in a tidy area, just on the main street, 5 minutes walking distance from the beach clubs.

The location is fantastic, a 5 minute walk from the train station (even with my slow walking and getting lost thanks to Google!) Really beautiful and popular restaurants on the same street just a few feet away. THE BED: OMG. I WOULD STAY AGAIN JUST FOR THE COMFY BED, PILLOWS, AND DUVET! Wanted to take them with me! It's the best night's sleep I've had in ages, and I have a bad back so very fussy about beds. Cleanliness was top notch and I'm a clean freak. I took a standard room with terrace and it was very spacious. Little quality things like wooden hangars, a foldable suitcase stand, plenty of wardrobe storage, a good hairdryer, a heater in the bathroom, air conditioning in the room, reading lights and side lamps, kettle with sugar, coffee and tea sachets. There was no bottled water which would have been nice but I used tap water for the kettle and I didnt die. Galeries Lafayette is a couple of minutes walk and I felt perfectly safe in the area despite the proximity to the train station. I was there for only one night but could have easily stayed longer, but not too long. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Would stay again based on Cleanliness, comfort, and location. Would have enjoyed the terrace too if it wasn't raining!

The blue sky view on booking.com is misleading. You basically look onto other buildings and can see into their apartments. Would have appreciated a net curtain as well as curtains so I didn't have to keep closing thick curtains to get dressed/undressed. Water in the bathroom was lukewarm and not hot enough for a hair wash and shower pressure was weak, so much so, that if I turned the shower head upside down it would almost stop.

Not a lot. It was a good value for this money, during this summer season.

Such wonderful receptionists. Right in the heart of things, yet quiet. And very near the train station - easy to hop off for day trips. Surrounded by cafes. Loved it!

Wish I'd asked or been shown how to work the air con, I wilted for a couple of hours until could muster energy to go downstairs!

The room was very clean and the AC worked well. We had a balcony which we loved and used a lot. The hotel was also very close to a free beach and a 2 minute walk to the train station which was very convenient!

My bed (1 of the 2 twin beds side by side) was a little lumpy. There also wasn't a proper blanket- it was a thick flat sheet.

We were warmly welcomed by an Azerbaijani Turkish lady. Although we arrived at the accommodation facility early, we were able to check in immediately because there was a room available. We received accurate information from the receptionist lady, which shaped our entire trip very positively. We would like to thank her once again from here.

The elevator was quite narrow.

Nothing really it was a convenient hotel for a great price but to let people know the lift is tiny so if you've got lots of luggage you might struggle!
