I really appreciated the easy and close proximity to the train station. I enjoyed staying in the pedestrian zone with restaurants and shops all around. This is a fabulous value; it was clean and safe and the air conditioning was perfect. I did not spend much time in the room because I was travelling for business and everywhere I needed to go was within walking distance. The help was always immediate and very friendly.

The only comment I would make is that in a small bathroom I want to know the shower curtain is new / clean.

Lovely small hotel next to the Palais and Croisette, easy communication, smaller but still nice spaced rooms, very efficient for business trips, thank you for the hotel hospitality and easy check-in and out, the whole stay was really fine :)

Always friendly and helpful staff, responded quickly to requests when you needed something. A nice room with a comfortable bed. Very near to the Station.

Holiday too short. Only things, which are not the fault of the hotel. 🙂

Great place- pleasant room, clean, comfortable. Great location and amazing stay. Very welcoming and helpful host at reception. Wonderful value for money and location is superb- 5 minutes walk to the beach and 2 min walk to station, plenty amazing restaurants around.

Is the perfect location if you want to visit the coast, its right across the train station. Beach is about 15 minutes walking.

No power outlets and no ventilation in the bathroom can get very humid.

The cleanliness of the room, the excellent location and, most of all, the lovely host, very kind and helpful and smiling all the time.

The hotel was located right between the train station and the beach, making it easy to go to the beach in Cannes but also in other cities such as Antibes. The staff was lovely and the rooms were simple but had everything we needed. The value for money is unbeatable for the region.

The check in process was spotless. The staff are very friendly and coordinating. They are always there to make your stay and experience better. Definitely recommended!!

We only stayed here for 1 night and it had everything we needed. The room was a bit simple, but it was clean and comfortable. The staff was also very nice and there was also a small elevator in the hotel. The location is great: very central (located in the middle of restaurants and shops) and everything was on walking distance. There was an underground parking across the hotel (Parking Cannes Saint-Nicolas), <5 mins by foot. Overall a great value for money.
