We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of Cannes. The location is unbeatable, just one minute from the Croisette, shops, and the beach. The accommodation was excellent, with new and very clean rooms, and the air conditioning was exceptionally good. Despite the +32°C heat outside, inside felt like a cool paradise! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the continental breakfast was delicious. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful—special thanks to Galina, Jean-Michele, and Marina, who all spoke multiple languages and were always attentive, helpful, and smiling. We would happily stay here again.

A couple of minor downsides were the noise from the downstairs bar, which doesn’t belong to the hotel, on one of the nights, and the water pressure for the hot shower, which was weaker than the cold. There was no lift, but this wasn't much of an issue as we knew we were staying in a historic building.

the case of this hotel, the location determines a lot, but not everything. Everything went very well right from the check-in. The manager awaited our arrival at the hotel door and secured us a parking space for the entire stay (only one per hotel). The hotel room was pre-cooled (the air conditioner was working) and even the refrigerator was already on. The service was very, very friendly and professional. The manager speaks fluent English and also Russian. Breakfast is continental, but quite sufficient. The room was very big - at least 20 square meters and really quiet. The room also has a very well-functioning air conditioner. It is also important for me that the room is equipped with a small desk and a small lounge chair where it is comfortable to sit. Writing tools are also available. The room has a large wardrobe and a safe with a code lock inside. Of course, there are also extra blankets and pillows. Therefore, it is comfortable here even during a longer stay. It is possible to draw blackout curtains in front of the windows to enjoy a longer sleep. I really like these small boutique hotels because the service is always very personal. You never get that kind of luxury in big hotels.

Very comfortable stay and really great quality for the price! Great location, super central, walking distance to everything. All the facilities are there, AC works perfectly etc. The staff was also extremely nice. The room was comfortable, clean, beds also comfy. Cleaning done every day.

I overall enjoyed the short stay and for the price it was really good! Some things are a bit worn out.

This hotel far exceeded out expectations. We booked it last minute as we wanted to surprise our daughter who was also staying Cannes at another hotel. We wanted to get as close to her as possible and the location was perfect. All the staff are fantastic. We had brought over the traditional “Caterpillar Cake” for my daughter’s birthday and as there was not a fridge in the room, they stored it in the fridge at reception. They also chilled the bottle of Champagne we had bought for her. We had an early flight and therefore arrived at around 11:00. Check in wasn’t due until 15;00 but they made every effort to get our room ready, even offering us a drink while we waited. We were in our room by 11:30. Fantastic service!! The room was small but functional and perfectly clean. The bed was so comfortable. Although the room was above a cafe, which did not shut until 23:00, we were not impacted by any noise. When my daughter came back to our room on her birthday, they even supplied glasses for the champagne we had bought. We can’t comment on the breakfast as we ate out on both mornings.

Would be good to have a fridge in the room but they were more than helpful at keeping our champagne and chocolate cake cool in the fridge at reception. The lack of fridge would normally mean I would mark this down but the service provided by the staff at reception to help us outweighed this negative point.

In the middle where attractions are located, easy access, very nice staff, very calm and quite even with a number of surrounding restaurants and Bars. Beach at less than a minute of walk. Car parking is not cheap, the most expensive place is Interparking Gray d'Albion you pay 18€ for 12hrs, and 36€ if you stay 1 minute after that!! SNCF parking is cheaper

This property was centrally located from the station and a couple of hundred yards from the beachfront and all the associated facilities. I would use this hotel again.

It was a little noisy in the late evening given its central location and the shower was in desperate need of a curtain. The WiFi was unreliable during the night.

It was amazing; very clean, perfect central location close to everything, I was on my own but imo the rooms are big enough (at least if you don't plan to stay inside the whole time), the bed was comfortable. I had no problems with noise from the street, when the windows were closed it was quiet. They are flexible as in you can leave your bags after check out, and if it's possible they might allow you to check in a little earlier. I really enjoyed my stay here and will book this cosy hotel again if I ever return to Cannes.

The hotel is on close point of everything. The room was nice and cosy. Every day it was tidy and cleaned. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We were on the 4 floor and wasn’t elevator.

The room was cozy and pretty spacious. Lovely French windows facing the street. The location is perfect- everything is within walking distance and plenty of restaurants to visit!

There was no elevator, which on the 4th floor can be a bit of a challenge if you want to make several trips out during the day, but what's lacking with the elevator is made up with the charm of the room.

We stayed 9 nights. Jean Michel and Gala managing the hotel were very kind and helpful persons. They offered us a bottle of champagne for our wedding anniversary. They have even offered us free beach towels. Great location. Every where (Train station, beaches, shopping street, restaurants) is within 5 minutes of walk. Very clean. Good breakfast
