The property was super central and walking distance from everything. I was pleasantly surprised on arriving as I was a little unsure what a I would get as the price was so reasonable! My hotel room was amazing, very clean and neat and modern. The team on the front desk were amazing, friendly and helpful. And I will definitely be recommending this hotel. And look forward to my next stay!

The room was quite big & it had a small enclosed balcony. Bathroom spotless & very good shower. Both were cleaned daily & towels replaced. Continental breakfast was good. 5 minute walk to the beach & train station. All the staff were very helpful, especially Sabrina.

rooms are a bit small and some like mine have side windows on the rear part of the building with few natural light coming in.

Really top located, 5 min from the train station and 5 min to Croisette, very clean, small room, but absolutely sufficient, as I was just for sleeping there! Sabrina at Rezeption is a very kind person! Really a top place to be and very recommendable!

Warm welcome. Excellent location between station and sea. Nice shower room. Lots of good late opening restaurants near (we arrived at 10pm).

The location was amazing ! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Towels were changed every day, the room was clean. Basically everything that I expected to get.

Marie at reception is very hospitable, professional and friendly. She made my friend and I feel welcome and made gave us recommendations of restaurants at the hotel’s doorstep to go to, Can’t thank her enough. Thanks also to Serge at reception for his kindness.

There was a little bit of noise on the Sat in the street but to be expected given the ideal (central) location of the hotel. Nothing the hotel could do. Cannes is bursting with life in the summer.

rooms, staff and elevator. Worlds smallest elevator. when talking in the reception on phone then the staff comes and ask you to keep your volume low as he is working and getting disturbed. I was eating a small snack on the breakfast table in the evening, the staff came and said you cannot eat here as this is only for breakfast.

Fantastic location, so many facilities, shops, restaurants all around. Just a parallel road from the very famous avenue. Clean hotel, helpful staff

Really small lift, and the budget rooms is really uncomfortable so we switched to a bigger room.
