The room was clean, quite big for a French room, personal really nice and welcome. Close to the beach, close to the train station which allow you to travel around. Highly recommended.

Quite noise and the fact that they do not have a refrigerator in the room it is kind of a pain.

Location was excellent, right in the hub of everything and a short minute walk to the Palais des Festivals. Must also have good sound proof windows as I couldn't hear a lot of noise at night. The staff were brilliant, very friendly and accommodating and I was able to check in early with no problems.

At €600 a night for a small room for me was not appropriately priced, but I understand prices were inflated due to the exhibition happening. Aside from that, all was great.

- very close to the center (walkable distance to restaurants, bars, casino) - comfortable bed and clean room

- I would say the room was quite old furnished, but give the fact that is was a cheap hotel compared to others in the area was not a big issue, just something I didn't like. - shower was a bit old and water was spilling in the hole bathroom ( not much we could do to prevent it)

Stayed 1 week. Yes, it's an old, simple hotel but it was fine with me coz I literally only slept there. I asked for the room I saw on the picture and they gave me exact one 😃, with a big bed, I'm extra grateful! AC worked, elevator worked, they've cleaned the room every day, u can leave the key at the reception which was comfortable for me instead of carrying it with me. 3 guys at the reception were friendly.

Location was awesome. Literally 3 mins from station and off Rue Antibes . Front desk Staff were lovely and helpful .

When I got to my room I was confused as the hotel looked a lot lot nicer in photos. It is a 2 star so I guess it was as I should have expected but I’d forgotten it was as booked a long while ago. That said I think a refit would be a good idea.

Housekeeping is excellent, offering cleaning and changing pillow cases and towels every day which I loved. The location is great as well, In the centre of Cannes. The price and the quality really match, as well as the location. Restaurants and caffes are in front of the hotel, and I personaly love that there were caffes full of people. Staff was super helpful and very kind. Wish them all the best!

I am absolutely happy that we have stayed in this hotel. The location is amazing! It is completely brilliant for the money I paid. The staff was super nice and super friendly. The room was clean. Air conditioner worked well. The reception works till really late, that was very comfortable.I will surely stay there again. Thank you for the nice accomodation! Seriously, we could walk in the centre, come to the hotel to relax for 30 mins and go again - within 5 minutes we are near Palais des Festivals. The room wasn't big but it wasn't small either.

A tiny thing which could be improved : in room 203, the bath leaked a little near the side window (the shower seal was missing) and the hose of the shower head was too small for my 1.77m boyfriend. But that wasn't a big deal.

ideal location for getting around the shopping and restaurant facilities as well as a short hop to the beach and essentially for us close to the railway station. clean comfortable a good breakfast everything you need for a good nights sleep and to start the day with friendly hosts

It was extremely clean, the bed were very confortable, there were many hangers for clothes, towels were soft, enough sunlight, air conditioner and the service from the staff was great!

Just to be picky, you can hear a bit of noise when people are in the hall way but it happens even in the best hotels.. Also it would be nice to have different gel for body and hair in the shower.

Same as last year, loved everything about it. The best staff, room-keeping everyday, clean room, bathroom, very comfortable bed! Wish the staff all the best, and see you next year!😊
