I stayed at this hotel recently and was overall very pleased with the experience. The price is very reasonable, especially considering the excellent location, just a short walk from the beach, which is a huge plus. The area is lively but not noisy, making it perfect for a relaxed vacation. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the staff is truly outstanding, friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay.

There are a couple of small downsides. The hotel doesn't have private parking, but I was always able to find a public parking spot nearby without much trouble. Also, breakfast could be improved. There was no ham or similar protein option, and the portions of bread are brought by the receptionist and appear to be the same for all guests, regardless of appetite. Still, considering the price, cleanliness, and especially the location, this hotel is a great choice for travelers looking for a budget-friendly stay near the beach.

Because traveling by car, I applied the "parking" filter while searching hotels on booking.com. However, the hotel had no private parking and was quite tricky to reach by car, especially at the rush hour. Though, we were able to unload the luggage at the door and were directed to the nearest public parking house which added extra price to our 2-day stay. Suggest booking.com only filter out hotels with private and free parking.

The room was clean, quite big for a French room, personal really nice and welcome. Close to the beach, close to the train station which allow you to travel around. Highly recommended.

Quite noise and the fact that they do not have a refrigerator in the room it is kind of a pain.

Location was excellent, right in the hub of everything and a short minute walk to the Palais des Festivals. Must also have good sound proof windows as I couldn't hear a lot of noise at night. The staff were brilliant, very friendly and accommodating and I was able to check in early with no problems.

At €600 a night for a small room for me was not appropriately priced, but I understand prices were inflated due to the exhibition happening. Aside from that, all was great.

- very close to the center (walkable distance to restaurants, bars, casino) - comfortable bed and clean room

- I would say the room was quite old furnished, but give the fact that is was a cheap hotel compared to others in the area was not a big issue, just something I didn't like. - shower was a bit old and water was spilling in the hole bathroom ( not much we could do to prevent it)

Stayed 1 week. Yes, it's an old, simple hotel but it was fine with me coz I literally only slept there. I asked for the room I saw on the picture and they gave me exact one 😃, with a big bed, I'm extra grateful! AC worked, elevator worked, they've cleaned the room every day, u can leave the key at the reception which was comfortable for me instead of carrying it with me. 3 guys at the reception were friendly.

3rd year in a row at this great hotel. As always, the staff, the location, the rooms are great. Highly recommend and will be staying in it next year as well! 😊

Location was awesome. Literally 3 mins from station and off Rue Antibes . Front desk Staff were lovely and helpful .

When I got to my room I was confused as the hotel looked a lot lot nicer in photos. It is a 2 star so I guess it was as I should have expected but I’d forgotten it was as booked a long while ago. That said I think a refit would be a good idea.

ideal location for getting around the shopping and restaurant facilities as well as a short hop to the beach and essentially for us close to the railway station. clean comfortable a good breakfast everything you need for a good nights sleep and to start the day with friendly hosts

Housekeeping is excellent, offering cleaning and changing pillow cases and towels every day which I loved. The location is great as well, In the centre of Cannes. The price and the quality really match, as well as the location. Restaurants and caffes are in front of the hotel, and I personaly love that there were caffes full of people. Staff was super helpful and very kind. Wish them all the best!
