We took the family room and it was perfect for 4 of us. The hotel is immaculate and was so clean, light and airy the room was very big at the front with a fabulous view of the port.

The only downside with the room was also a positive. The hotel is located on the main road with lots of bars and restaurants, this made it very noisy at night until the morning, with people and then cleaning and bottle noises. I would not say that it is a negative point on the hotel at all as when we booked we knew its location but just something to note.

Amazing location. Above a very nice Indian/fusion restaurant, right in the center of St-Raphael, and a few steps from all the hustle and bustle of Frejus. Easy access to everything with just a few steps from the property. The bed and pillows were comfortable - AC worked well. I had a very comfortable night's sleep. I'll definitely stay here again if traveling though on my own.

The room was very small; however, I knew it would be, so I didn't expect more. The value was still amazing. Just a note - shower is very small - I'm 5'10" 200lbs, and it was a very tight fit and somewhat difficult to move around. Again, not problematic for me, but it could be for others.

Generally fine but…

I had a small but perfectly functional balcony at the back of the hotel. This was best used early as much of the day it was quite smelly being by the outlet vent for the kitchens! On a similar point, breakfast was ok and served up by personable young lady. Unfortunately she was under instructions to wash the adjoining restaurant floor so breakfast was often consumed with a strong blast of disinfectant!

Wonderful hotel for a short stay at Saint-Raphael. Perfect location right on the embarquement of an old town. Very comfortable, stylish and clean. Comfortable bed with quality bed linen. All bathroom equipment is in full working order. Restaurant is nice too.

The location of this hotel was great and my room was clean and comfortable. I had a very nice stay here for a week in October. Definitely stop by Calderon for sweets while in Saint-Raphael!

Very friendly service. Air con was on when I arrived in the room everything looked nice. There was a fridge with chilled water. Great to be greeted by such a lovely room. Receptionist was nice too.

Although the single rooms were a bit small they are very well equipped and moderno y designed. They have ironing boards and irons and even earbuds and hairdryers. The rooms were cleaned very well and the location is the best of Saint Raphael.

Great Location to access all the the Port has to offer! Loved to beach, restaurants were great!

Check in process could be improved, if we did not run into another guest it would have a lot longer to check in.

The Hotel was in a very good location the check in staff were helpful.

It was pretty clean but I did see two long hairs in the bathroom. I was not trying to look though because overall it was a good place.

Easy to find, my 3rd stay. Pleasant reception staff showed us to our rooms. Rooms are in the small side but adequate for a night or two. Straight out onto harbour. Quiet through the night.

Reception was closed when we arrived but a nice shop owner next door rang for us & a kitchen team member turned uo in 5 minutes, all good.
