The hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. The room we had was a bit small, but we knew it would be when we booked it, however it was extremely comfortable and well presented. There was plenty of storage space, a coffee machine and a kettle. The bathroom was immaculate. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We arrived early and were able to leave our luggage with them. When we went back to check in, they had taken our luggage to our room. Nothing seemed too much trouble. I can’t comment on the food as we didn’t have any, but the restaurant, again was beautifully decorated and always busy.

Great location. Friendly staff, close to train station and restaurants. The room was very clean, modern, and spacious. I had a room with a small balcony. A refrigerator with free water at check in and was even replaced when the room was cleaned, coffee in the room, and a tea kettle.

A little noisy as they seemed to be working on the building but it was not going on at night. The elevator was not working which was not a big deal for me but it could be for others. Breakfast was okay but too expensive for what was offered. I only ate there the first morning of my stay.

We thought that the hotel was excellent. The facilities - restaurant, rooms, etc were first class and the staff were really warm and welcoming and we appreciated their attention.

The only thing that we thought could be improved was a lounge-type area with comfortable chairs where one could spend a couple of hours with a book or just relaxing.

Because it was quiet (end June) we got a room upgrade to a lovely sea view, beautiful room. We had our breakfasts and evening meals at the restaurant (boring I know) and the food was great. All staff were charming, helpful and very professional.

Wish we’d stayed longer!

Hotel in excellent location: at the “old port”, next to a number of very good restaurants, close to the railway station/ZOU bus stop, spectacular view from our hotel room, surprisingly quiet very modern and clean, everything looks just new, beautiful bathroom, good WIFI, very friendly, helpful and caring staff We definitely will come back, seems to be the best hotel in Saint Raphael.

The location is wonderful. The staff was very welcoming, genuin and always helpful. The hammam they have was very convenient and the breakfast was good. They have a very nice massage service that you can book at the reception. Highly recommended for couples who are looking for a relaxing time and some fun at THE COTE D'AZUR!

There was a small kid in the room next to ours. He was crying all the time and doing a lot of noises running and tapping during the night. Very annoying. We love kids...but we beleive this should not be a hotel for new borns or small toddlers...

It was in a great location right in the main street (but quite). 5 min walk from the train station. 5min walk to 2 lovely sandy beaches. The hotel is beautiful with large rooms and beautiful decor. The staff were lovely and the restaurant was excellent! I would definitely stay here again. The best hotel in San Raphaël! 10 out of 10

We are travelling within France since 20 years this the most unique pearl of all the places we were the athmosphere the quality of the romms are superb the crown is given by the excellent service they provide in the restaurant ant the bar. Percect in all aspect!!!!

We really enjoyed our visit in Hôtel le Touring. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, and the facilities are superb.
