The reception staff were exceptionally courteous, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Equally commendable was the cleaning staff, who ensured our room was left clean and tidy every single day. The hotel's location proved to be ideal. Situated within walking distance of local bakeries, and remarkably convenient for public transport, being just steps away from both the train and bus stations.

We like that Hotel de Flore is at the center of old town of St. Raphael. It enables one to have more than just an usual tourist experience, by having the feeling that you are part of the local community. The personnel is very helpful and welcoming. For those travelling by car, the parking Victor Hugo is a good place to park your car close to the hotel.

The hotel has a very good location in a quiet place but still close to the center and the beach. There is big night life at the beach. There is no onsite parking, but for 10 minutes walk there is a big underground parking place. The train station is also very close. Supermarket for 5 minutes walk.

The air condition was not adjustable (and it was not possible to switch off) and it was aiming to us so the night was quite cold.

The breakfast was typical to the area: coffees, juices, pastry, jams and some eggs and sausages. I also love the personnel and their support for my requests. Especially, the hostess Naomi was extremely helpful and supportive.

The staff ( especially the breakfast/ cleaning team were amazingly friendly, pleasant and helpful). The property was very convenient to public transport, beaches and all local shops.

A lack of outdoor space to sit. The mattresses could be updated.

Very well located and well maintained. The room was quiet and spacious. The air conditioner was a big advantage. The staff was quite friendly and helpful.

There were no body towels in the shower, although we didn't stay so long to care too much! The elevator makes a funny noise but it takes you where it has to.

Its our second time at this lovely little hotel in St. Raphael. The reason we came back: we like that the hotel is just a few steps away from the old town with its market, restaurants and small cafes. At this location you feel that you have more than just a tourist experience. The personnel is very helpful, discrete and friendly. The room we stayed in was quite spacious and clean. We did not have breakfast at the hotel but this option also exists.

It would be good to have a parking option right at the hotel... we used the parking Victor Hugo which is located nearby.

We appreciated being able to leave our bags at the hotel while we took a ferry boat to St. Tropez for the day. Everyone was very accommodating and nice. Thank you for a lovely stay.
