We as family had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. Everything super clean, beds very comfortable, nice bathroom, nice little kitchen and a nice balcony. The breakfast was also good. Close to the train station and everything in the walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks to the staff we give a rate of 10 to this hotel.

The location was not far to walk into Cannes for the festival. The large bed was pretty comfortable and it had enough mirrors for girls to get ready.

And the reception is only open for a couple of hours twice a day, which makes check in and assistance difficult. So I will not call it a real Hotel, like the name suggests…. It’s more like a property. it was definitely not as large as it looked in the pictures and if you get the room for three, the bed by the door is extremely loud and uncomfortable.

The receptionist was the most helpful person ever! She wrote down everything for us to see on a map and gave us helpful tips as we were there for the fireworks. Really friendly and just made the experience that much better!

The room is not big enough for 3 people unless a couple with a small child.

The beds were super comfortable and the apartment was very warm. Staff were lovely and helpful. Location was so good, easy walking distance to the shops, sites and supermarket. Perfect for our family of 3.

I lived in Cannes 30 years ago and I returned to visit a friend with my son. The hotel is really well situated, near to station, town centre and beach/port. The twin room was clean, had a fridge and a safe which we used and a kitchenette which we didn't actually need. Aircon was very welcome and the little balcony was sunny all evening on 3rd floor. Breakfast was continental and fresh each day and reception staff were friendly and helpful. On our first night however there was a problem with the room, i think they over booked to be honest so we were directed to a sister hotel which we needed to get a bus to in Cannes la Bocca. This hotel was of an inferior standard and meant we had to change our plans for that evening and the first full day as we had to return to les Coralynes the next morning to drop our bags off and check in to our then available room. It was annoying especially after a long traveling day but i have worked in hotels and these things happen. It wasn't the end of the world as we had 3 more nights and the hotel did not charge us for the first night and offered us breakfast for the whole stay which was fair. Despite the problem I would return and stay there again as like i said the staff on reception were very helpful sorted out the bill with management and it was a really good price per night for the room and location.

Great location, spacious room, comfortable bed, full set kitchen, descent breakfast. The staff are the best! The lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful. We needed to change our car rental time. She helped us make phone calls to car rental company for several times, while we were able to hang out at Cannes beach. Very nice experience!

The property was in a good location to move around Cannes and not far from the train station.

The property has a tiny shower that is quite frustrating to move within.

Good location, friendly staff and super comfortable apartment. The apartment was clean and big. The kitchen (despite small) was well-equipped. Good sized balcony and bathroom.

A bit pricy considering that no parking spot is included. You need to pay 100 EUR as deposit.
